One grieving man discovered his fiancée tragically died in a car crash after getting an alert on his phone.

Luke Andrews has been left heartbroken after his partner, 25-year-old Taneasha Steer, passed away after her Mitsubishi station wagon collided into a tree on Marrabell Road, Allendale, about an hour north of Adelaide in Australia on Monday night (11 December).

Taneasha, who was a mum to their 18-month-old boy, was in the vehicle alone at the time of the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene.

Taneasha Steer, 25, died Monday night (11 December) following a fatal car crash.

A GoFundMe has since been set up by Brayden Andrews, Luke's brother, which reads: "Sadly at 6:30pm last night, my brother (Luke) was called to a serious crash of his partner 10k north of Kapunda on the Kapunda-Marrabel road, to find out his beloved fiancée had passed away at the scene.

"So I would like to share this to help my brother with the support of child care fees and to be able to give him time off work to be able to spend time with he’s 18-month-old baby boy, Tatum."

He added: "Anything will help. Thank you so much to everyone able to help my brother in this tough time. To everyone who knew Neash, she was always the life of the party and brought so much joy to plenty of lives.

"R.I.P Neash you will be missed by many."

She was mum to their 18-month-old boy, Tatum.

Luke rushed to the scene after receiving an automated collision alert sent to his mobile phone and has since posted a heartfelt tribute to his late fiancée, captioning a photo of their family: "I love you forever my beautiful girl."

Other family members have since also taken to social media with Taneasha's grandmother, Christine Mcdonagh, writing on Facebook: "It is with the heaviest of Hearts that I write this.

"Our Beautiful beloved granddaughter Taneasha was killed in a car accident at 6:30 pm Monday evening.

"Taken so young our hearts will be forever broken.

"We love you darling always and forever.

"Now with your Uncle Ronnie.

"With all our love your loving Mumar and Pa.

"May you rest in peace my darling."

Taneasha's family have since shared their tributes following her tragic passing.

Taneasha's dad, David, has also opened up about his grief, telling 7News: "I think I maybe slept for three hours last night … because I'm crying so hard … and just weeping so hard.

"I was just so looking forward to walking her down the aisle."

South Australian police are reportedly investigating the case.
