The teacher sister of TikTok star Noah Beck is under investigation for sexually abusing a student.
As reported by PEOPLE Magazine, 27-year-old Haley Beck is one of two Arizona teachers accused of sexually abusing the same student at Centennial High School.
The Maricopa County Attorney's Office confirmed to the publication on Wednesday (8 April) that Haley, who worked as a psychology and sociology teacher, is under investigation for a potential charge related to pandering, which is inducing another to engage in prostitution.
While a second teacher, Angela Burlaka, allegedly may face a charge for furnishing obscene material to a minor.

The spokesperson added: "These submittals are currently under review, and there is no timeline available for when a charging decision will be made."
A statement of charges, which was originally obtained by PEOPLE, outlines that a Peoria Unified School District investigation found that Haley had allegedly offered oral sex to a former student, as well as offering to buy them tequila, and sent $630 via Apple Pay.

The investigation cites over 4,000 texts between them between 21 June and 2 August, 2025, in which Beck and the student reportedly discussed meeting up to have sex, drinking alcohol and smoking marijuana, along with multiple references to oral sex.
One text, allegedly from Beck to the student, read: "Wyd tomorrow I'll suck your d*ck then. Like prioritize me if you want my mouth around ur d*ck."
Another exchange between Beck and the student allegedly read: "Need approx. 1 day break from sucking d*ck my throat is not well."
According to the Statement of Charges, Haley allegedly began grooming the student before he turned 18.
School officials said the pair developed a 'quid pro quo' relationship that raised concerns when 'she let him borrow her car keys in December 2024 to get his Christmas presents from her car'.
The teacher is also accused of bumping the student's grades and faking his attendance record.
Haley is said to have saved his contact on Snapchat as 'Sneaky Link,' and called herself a 'Sugar Momma' and him a 'Sugar Baby,' with one transaction she sent allegedly being captioned: “This money exchange just felt like straight prostitution."
On 11 March, a Title IX decision maker allegedly recommended Haley's termination, as well as deeming her ineligible for rehire, citing allegations that she and the student 'developed a sexual relationship' and that she engaged in 'predatory practices'.
They wrote: "Since grooming did occur, any sexual conduct after the date of consent is unwelcome. Within the teacher-student relationship, the behavior is also severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive.
"In the text messages, there were sexually-charged conversations and admission of sexual behaviors between students and teachers are 'severe' and 'objectively offensive.'"

Reports say that Haley was placed on administrative leave in August 2025, with the governing board adopting a statement of charges to fire her last month.
Haley's lawyer Matthew Long told 12 News: “Ms. Beck respects the criminal justice process and looks forward to the conclusion of the investigation, which will reveal she committed no crimes.
"Like any individual subject to investigation, Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence."
The Peoria Unified School District told Tyla in a statement: "The Peoria Unified School District and Governing Board take all allegations of harm involving students very seriously.
"Since the Peoria Police Department brought forward allegations against Ms. Beck, the District had to wait for the Peoria Police to conclude their investigation.
"Peoria Police has since shared their findings with the Maricopa County Attorney's Office to determine if criminal charges are supported.
"Following the Peoria Police investigation, the District conducted a comprehensive internal investigation under the provisions of Title IX. After a review of the investigator’s findings, the decision maker found that Ms. Beck groomed a student, which resulted in her having a sexual relationship with that student, and therefore recommended her termination."
The statement continued: "As a result of that recommendation, at the Governing Board meeting on March 26, the Governing Board has adopted a Statement of Charges to terminate Ms. Beck.
"The District is making the Statement of Charges available, which details the serious nature of the allegations.
"The District initially reported to the Arizona Department of Education (ADE) on August 3, 2025 and will share all findings from the Statement of Charges with ADE’s Investigative Unit. The matter is currently pending before the State Board of Education.
"We encourage students, families, and staff to speak up about concerns so they can be quickly addressed. Our ongoing commitment is to be transparent, accountable, and to ensure every student feels safe and supported."
Tyla has contacted Haley Beck's representatives for comment.
