The trailer for season four of The 1000Lb Sisters recently dropped and the show’s stars express their concern for Tammy Slaton.

At the end of The 1000Lb Sisters season three, Tammy was rushed to hospital due to her health problems, which caused her breathing to stop.

The reality star, 36, ended up in a rehab centre, where she met and married Caleb Willingham. But the new trailer suggests her happiness may be cut short. Watch it below:

Tammy is heard saying: “I’ve decided to go to rehab,” while her sister Amy adds: “Her body is shutting down.”

A doctor echoes Amy’s concerns, telling Tammy in their office: “I told you Tammy, you have real risks.”

Tammy’s brother Chris is also worried about his sister's health, saying in the trailer: “[If] she don’t get the surgery, she’s going to die because of her weight.”

The popular TLC show follows Tammy and Amy, who used to top more than 1000 pounds combined on the scales.

Tammy announced last month that she’d married Caleb at Windsor Lane Rehabilitation Center in Gibsonburg, Ohio, revealing the news exclusively to People.

She shared: “You all knew me as Tammy Slaton, but now you'll all know me as Mrs. Tammy Willingham. I'm married now!"

People reported that the celebration consisted of a small gathering of around 30 family and friends and the star was seen in ‘a white gown and tiara, as she posed with her sister Amy’ for pictures.

Fans will be happy to hear that the next series arrives on 17 January and will also feature Tammy’s big day.

She had previously split from her partner Phillip last year, which was documented on the reality TV show, and revealed why they went their separate ways.

Tammy Slaton is now married to Caleb Willingham.

Tammy said on the show: "We broke up. I guess you could say I did it, cause I was tired of fighting with him and he said my insecurities were my problem.

"And, like, at the beginning of the relationship I told him, I was like, can you promise you’ll help me through my insecurities. He said it got to be too much."

Amy added: “Tammy told me she broke up with Phil, and I'm like, about damn time. Now you need to work on yourself. Tammy don't need somebody that wants her to be a glutton.

"I'm hoping with the whole breakup, it don't deter Tammy away from her weight loss, because she needs to lose this 25 lbs. The doctor gave her a goal."
