Parents shocked after receiving note telling them to 'limit child's time outside' or they'd call police

Parents shocked after receiving note telling them to 'limit child's time outside' or they'd call police

The neighbour gave her time to 'correct' the problem on her own

With some neighbours, you don't even realise that they exist. With others, they make their presence known in the most bizarre of ways.

A couple of parents were probably extremely shocked after they received a note from neighbours telling them to 'limit' their child's time outside, or they'd call police.

Check out the viral vid below:

The message read: "Dear neighbour. I moved here a year ago and I wanted to give you time to correct this problem on your own, but you are apparently too inconsiderate to do so.

"This is very disruptive for my two dogs and my bird who sits next to the window and likes to look into the garden. Perhaps you could ask your child to tone it down a bit.

"Or, at least limit her outside time to 15 to 20 minutes a day so my dogs can go outside without seeing her. If this behaviour persists I will call the police!"

The comments from the viral TikTok, shared by Dawny Dawn, were seemingly turned off, but the the clip itself received thousands of views.

Another strange interaction between two neighbours was when a man grew frustrated with his neighbour's refusal to split the cost of a fence replacement.

He opted to take matters into his own hands and went viral in the process.

The man, from Texas, US, captioned the video: "When your neighbour doesn't want to replace the ageing fence."

He then opted to make a newly-built fence, with a two feet gap between the new and old fences.

"I even offered to pay for half and to do the work," his second caption read.

The man feared the old fence would 'fall down'.

"Now we can actually use this part of the side of the house without having to worry about [the fence] falling down," he explained.

"Now you paid 100 percent and lost some space in your yard," one person wrote with a laughing emoji.

"Well you just shafted yourself because now they simply pull down the old one and they have another foot of land and free firewood!" a second user pointed out in the replies.

Another argued: "So you built a fence in front of the broken one and you paid in full and did [all] the work."

The homeowner didn't seem too fussed with the trolling and was quite clearly pretty pleased with his decision.
