People divided after woman admits to cheating on fiancé on holiday while he slept in hotel room

A woman is giving people ‘trust issues’ after cheating on her fiancé while they were on holiday together.

People have been left divided after a woman named Amber anonymously revealed the story of how she cheated on her fiancé while they were away together.

She submitted her story to be read out by the Everybody has a Secret podcast, and viewers were left split about whether she should tell her husband to be.

She started the story with: “To be honest, I have tried to push this secret to the back of my mind.”

She documented that in 2021 she and her husband-to-be ventured away on holiday with some friends.

One wild night they all went out clubbing, but when everyone else was tired and decided to return to the hotel, Amber decided she was having too good of a time to go home.

She wrote that she ended up leaving the club at closing time, only to discover that she had no way of getting up to her hotel room.

She had left the key card in the hands of her fiancé, and said that no one was answering the phone to let her in, nor were there any reception staff on the premises.

Her plan was to sit at the bottom of the escalator until someone came down, meaning she could get in and go up to her floor.

The podcast hosts read out: “It was 3.00am, my phone was dying, I was crying and started to freak out, and I was very drunk.”

And this is where the story takes a turn…

As she anticipated, a man approached the lift going down, and naturally, he asked if she was okay.

They continued: “We started chatting and it was clear that we had this pretty intense connection.

“We started flirting super heavily, It was obvious that something was going to happen between us.”

The man said he was going to get his girlfriend some food, and while this sounds very wholesome, what happened next is the complete opposite.

The mystery man asked whether she wanted to go down to the car park with him.

The story continued: “I followed him down there and we ended up having sex in his car.

“I feel like usually car sex is pretty sh** but it was actually so good.”

And wildly, this isn’t the first time she has cheated on her man.

She went on to say: “After a night out with my fiancé, I ended up f***ing a guy in an elevator.”

Her dilemma was whether or not to tell her future husband, and people in the comments had some strong opinions.

One person said: “No one ever, who has been cheated on, has said ‘I wish they kept it a secret and never told me, so that I could be a fool for the rest of our relationship'.”

Another said: “So many red flags.”

But crazily, some people thought her actions were justified: “Why should she tell him?

“Assuming she’s telling the truth, they have a good relationship now.

“So she could value that or destroy him,” one person said.
