Man who bought ready-made house on Amazon has one regret after not reading small print

Everything was going so well until Graham realised he'd overlooked one major detail

Buying a ready-made house on Amazon is surprisingly cheap - but a one man who did soon realised he had a huge problem while assembling the property.

Nathan Graham, 26, purchased the house for almost $40,000 (£31,456), but was left frustrated after he failed to read the small print.

Turns out, there was one major problem with the home.

'Unboxing' the property on his YouTube channel, Unspeakable, Graham first noticed that the house didn't come with any instructions.

Kind of daunting, when you've got an entire house to build.

It did, however, come with windows and a bathroom, and Graham and his friends immediately got to work 'unfolding' the house out of its box.

Graham wanted to see if it would be possible to live 'your entire life' off Amazon, buying everything you could possibly need for a new home.

This meant his garden was absolutely filled with hundreds of Amazon boxes, all containing various pieces of furniture and appliances.

Once the team had kitted out the entire property, they realised they'd hit a rather large stumbling block.

“I’m trying to find somewhere to plug in the fridge, but there’s no electrical outlets,” said Graham.

“Did you not order the electrical package?” one of his friends asked.

To which Graham responded: "How we supposed to plug stuff in? How we supposed to cook food?"

The YouTuber could then be seen looking at the listing online, quickly realising that the house is not wired, and an electrician would be needed to fit the electrics within the home.

Instead, Graham bought a generator - off Amazon of course - and plugged that in.

Once the house was furnished - and with working electric - Graham gave viewers a full tour.

However, after showing followers around the bathroom, it became obvious that there was still one major job outstanding - sorting the plumbing.

Instead of the toilet being connected to the sewage system, it simply escaped out of a pipe at the back of the house and into the garden.

Still, followers were pretty impressed, with one person commenting: "Tbh this would truly be all I’d need. This is actually perfect to me."

Another said: "When I first saw the house I was like no way would anyone be able to really live in it full time but once it was revealed that it opens up even more I was really surprised. This is cool."

And a third added: "Dude I want a house like that. That will be so cool!! And that house is so awesome."
