Heart FM Launch Christmas Radio Station Two Months Early

Christmas really has come early at Heart FM radio - two months early in fact.

Yep, today (Sunday 25^th October) marks the opening of its seasonal channel, Heart Xmas - a radio station which will play only the greatest feel good festive hits, non-stop, 24/7.

The radio station is taking the turning of the clocks and the ending of British Summer Time as a sign that Christmas is here.

Because what's the first thing you think of when we say 'winter?' It's Christmas, right?!

With just over 60 days to go until the big day, Heart's Xmas tunes will be available to listen to whatever hour of the day and night you choose, on DAB Digital Radio and Global Player.

The channel will be playing every festive favourite under the sun, from Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas Is You, to Wham!'s Last Christmas.

Chris Rea's Driving Home For Christmas will also play, alongside Band Aid's Do They Know it's Christmas? - helping bring some much-needed Christmas cheer to 2020.

Heart Xmas was a smash hit last year, but this year we all need feel-good vibes more than ever as a result of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.
