Harry Potter New York is officially landing - a brand new flagship store in the heart of the US city, spanning 21,00 square feet and three floors, with a whopping 15 different themed areas.
The idea of the store is to "bring the magic of the Wizarding world to life," while offering Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts fans the opportunity to buy merch' and feel like a real life wizard, themselves
Upon entering the store, customers will walk under a massive 220lb model of Dumbledore's phoenix, Fawkes, which looks down from the ceiling. Constructed by prop makers especially for the store, this is just one of the stunning items dotted around the building.

There are tonnes of photo opportunities around the store, too, so that Muggles can really feel like they're part of Harry's world, such as a London phone box (which leads to the Ministry of Magic) and one of Hagrid's massive boots, which people are invited to stand inside!
If you've always wondered which wand you'd suit best, there's also an interactive wand table, so you can try out the wands of all your fave characters...
If all this wasn't cool enough, fans will also be able to interact with a Harry Potter Fan Club app as they walk around the store, collecting Enchanted Keys, each of which "unlock exclusive behind-the-scenes facts, figures, and videos that bring the store to life".

Plus, fans will be able to jump into multiplayer virtual reality experiences, which will allow them to explore the Wizarding World as if they're actually a part of it.
"Chaos at Hogwarts lets hopeful witches and wizards step into a magical journey to Hogwarts Castle and become part of the adventure where magical creatures and secrets await," the store teases.
And as for "Wizards Take Flight"? Well, the store says you should get your wands at the ready if you want to jump into this game...

"Wizards Take Flight prepares guests to fly on brooms with the thrills of a magical wand battle against Death Eaters over the skies of London and around the enchanting grounds of Hogwarts Castle."
Both of these games are due to open this summer, and there will be more details about them, too.
Once you've finished exploring, there's plenty of shopping to be done, too, including a designated Personalisation Area, where fans can engrave a wand, embroider a House robe with their name or emboss a journal.

On the food front, there will be tonnes of magical goods, too. You'll be able to buy Chocolate Frogs and Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans - who needs Honeydukes?
Plus, fans will also be welcomed into the Wand Shop where they can shop for over 50 wands inspired by their favourite characters, locations and props from the Wizarding World.

"With over 1,000 Wizarding World props on display (including some authentic items hich featured in the movies), the incredible theming, along with experiences such as photo opportunities and the fantastic range of products, there will be something special for every fan."
Plus, the store will also host the House of MinaLima - the graphic design duo who worked on on all Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts movies.
Like in London, in this part of the shop there will be a gallery and store full of graphic art from the Wizarding World, including Harry's Hogwarts acceptance letter, Daily Prophet covers and the Quibbler.
You'll be able to find the store at 935 Broadway when it opens on June 3rd, but in the meantime you can have a look at some of the range that'll be on sale here.
