People are flooding to social media in appreciation after a woman shared the 'small trick' she does with her iPhone every time she flies.

If you're lucky enough to be jetting off somewhere this summer and getting a bit of sun then this tip is for you.

While holidays abroad are extremely exciting, having to navigate your way through lengthy airport queues, frantically having to find out which gate you are at and praying for no delays is enough to spike anyone's anxiety levels.

Thankfully, a TikToker has revealed a handy travel hack which can help you stay in-the-know and make you feel a whole lot more prepared for whatever airport chaos may lie ahead.

Food and travel TikTok content creator, Louise - who goes by @loulouexplores on social media - shared the tip with her 100,000 plus followers a few days ago.

Louise explains: "If you paste your flight number into message and send it to somebody you can hold down on the flight number and it brings up all your flight details.

"Just press preview flight to view."

It's a simple but massively affective tip.

The content creator notes she finds the tip 'so useful, especially if someone's picking [her] up' from the airport.

"You can check your terminal gate, if it's on time, departure time, arrival time and how long your flight is," she adds.

The content creator jokes: "Send this to a disorganised friend haha."

"If you put the flight in your calendar then it shows all your flight info in Siri suggestions," a user commented.

A second said: "You can also drag down on your lockscreen and then in the search bar you write the flight number there."

And a final added: "Works from a photo as well, like screenshot your boarding details then press and hold flight number for flight details."
