Shoppers are completely obsessed with the new M&S pink prosecco Mother’s Day afternoon tea gift hamper.

Marks and Spencer have put together a nice little bundle of items to celebrate the special occasion in style and people are going absolutely wild for it.

Priced at £55 a pop, the gift basket has since received gleaming five-star reviews all over.

Yummy.

One clearly delighted shopper praised: "Absolutely delicious and the package was lovely each time you put your hand in box you came out with another lovely surprise. Would make ideal Mother’s Day gift'.

"Bought this as a present hoping my Mum and Dad would enjoy it. They absolutely loved it especially the scones, jam and cream. It was a real treat," penned a second.

Meanwhile, a third chimed in: "Bought this for my Mum for her birthday she raved about it and invited all her friends over for cake."

"There is a lot in this afternoon tea – at least three good feeds," shared another. "It’s so nicely presented – the packaging is so nice and I think it’s good value for money if you want something a bit different."

So, what exactly is inside the M&S hamper and why is everyone so obsessed with it?

Well, the yummy gift includes a four-pack of Devon scones to be served alongside Elsanta strawberry jam and Cornish clotted cream.

They've also added in a red velvet cake, a 12-pack of mini macaroons and Bellante pink prosecco to make a toast with.

Unsurprisingly, the hampers are proving to be pretty popular so you'll have to act fast if you want one in time for Mother's Day (10 March) and get your order in ASAP.

And that's not the only adorable M&S hamper on offer right now.

Perfect for any tea lovers out there, the retailer is also stocking an M&S Collection Tea Hamper.

My mouth is watering.

Priced at a slightly steeper £130, the gift basket contains a keepsake wicker basket filled with 'scrumptious delights'.

Customers can choose from Assam and Darjeeling tea or Colombian ground coffee, to enjoy with sweet treats such as Belgian chocolate luxury biscuits, Swiss Florentines and Italian baci di dama.

Yum.

And that's not all.

The hamper also has a British strawberry and champagne preserve, British honey and Scottish malt whisky marmalade alongside, of course, bottles of champagne and Frizzantea for celebrating in style.

So, reckon you'll be picking up one of these bad boys this Mother's Day?
