Woman Captures Cat Saying Hello On Camera

We KNEW they could talk to us!

People are shook after watching this TikTok of a cat saying 'hello' as he looks around the house for his owners.

TikTok creator Claire (@mummy_c_cooksandcleans) caught the precious moment on camera, telling followers: "So my cats started calling out hello because he can’t find me in the house🤣".

Okay, so how do we teach our cats to do this too?

Watch the video here:

After watching the adorable video, people are convinced that Claire's cat repeatedly called out 'Hello', before adding in a casual 'Hi!' when he found her.

One viewer wrote: "OMGGGG!!!!!! Was that a hello and then a HI? ❤🐾❤🐾❤🐾❤."

"Omg and he says hi when he sees you this is so heartwarming just shows what great owners you are!❤️" commented a second.

A third added: "The last meow before your say hello was like the cat saying “hi” and being relieved that your there🥺😍"

Others were more occupied by the fact that Claire's cat was able to speak at all.

"Why isn’t anyone losing their minds that a cat is legit speaking lmao😂😳😳," asked one viewer.

"Are you kidding me right now. Does this happen all the time and how can I get my cat to do this," another wondered.

If anyone finds out, let us know! Because it turns out this isn't the only cat who can speak.

Some fellow cat-owners shared that their feline friends can talk to them too.

"My cat does this hahaha" commented one TikTok user.

A second wrote: "My cat does the SAME THING", while a third added: "Tooo cute, my cat yells mom clear as a bell when he sees me lol."

In fact, just last month, we told you about another cat named Arthur who greets his owners with a 'hello' every time he comes through the cat flap.

Arthur the cat also speaks to his owners when he comes home. (

According to Laura and Jayne Pickard, Arthur has always been a "very vocal cat" and makes a point to announce his arrival every time he comes home.

If his owners don't reply, Arthur will repeat his greeting, getting louder and louder until he hears back from them.

How cute!
