TikTok is our go-to app for genius tips, simple tricks and life-changing hacks - and of course the occasional laugh!

Users got the best of both worlds when one mum shared the cutest hack in the world for gassy babies. It'll just melt your heart!

Check it out here:

Created by TikTok user and mum Josie (@jodog), the video showed her newborn baby swaddled up in a fluffy onesie, lying across a blanket.

She wrote: "A year ago today my newborn was gassy so we tried the run and stretch..."

Carrying out the 'run and stretch' technique on her little one's legs, Josie demonstrated how she managed to get a fart out of her baby every time. It's honestly adorable, and viewers thought so too!

"This is the best!!!" commented one viewer.

"These moments are so sweet" wrote a second.

"Thank you for blessing my feed" added a third.

Others claimed that they had tried out the same trick themselves, describing it as a "life saver."

"I have a newborn this is literally a life saver it works so well" commented one TikTok user.

"We did this for my son, 10 months on he lifts his legs up to do it himself" shared a second.

"When my brother was a baby, we called it the toot toot train" wrote a third.

And while some parents were likely excited to try out the technique on their own tots, other viewers admitted that they'd love to have someone do it for them!

"Does this work on adults? Asking for a friend" wrote one viewer.

"Tbh I need someone to do this to me" confessed a second.

Tagging a friend, a third viewer commented: "someone do this to me".
