Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans has issued a statement after her husband was accused of child abuse.

Jenelle's husband, David Eason has been accused in a case involving her 14-year-old son, Jace.

The 31-year-old TV personality took to Instagram yesterday (24 October) to share with her 3.1 million followers her stance on the reports made by TMZ.

Jenelle posted a series of text written over a Halloween-themed background image to her Instagram story with the first reading: "You would think police wouldn't make a one-sided police investigation."

She went on to claim: "They didn't conduct interviews, didn't ask any information from the parents. This seems like a very bias

situation like every time before."

Jenelle, who shares Jace with ex Andrew Lewis is also mother to son Kaiser, nine, with ex Nathan Griffith; and daughter Ensley, six, with David, added: "I trusted that detective with all my heart. Forgot you can't trust cops... silly me."

She continued to tell her followers she now no longer trusts 'anyone around' her and was 'going MIA for a while'.

In the second statement, the mum-of-three penned: "Columbus County Sheriff's department I believe is the one doing the smearing campaign against my husband and needs to be held responsible.

"Literally they told details to the media about a minor and gave no f*cks. Have the emails to prove it. An open investigation is suppose to be kept private under all circumstances specially when it involves kids."

Jenelle continued: "Let's go to court, I've been waiting on our day," before revealing she felt 'so violated by the system'.

"Wait until the day you hear the truth," she added. "You will be begging me not to sue you."

The Teen Mom star posted four statements to her Instagram story.

She then wrote out a quote which read: "I would never think that of you two, you guys are both great parents. Don't believe the media, I'm telling you myself everything is okay on my end."

To which she responded: "Sureee Mr. Detective, why is your office leaking everything?"

The next quote then read: "It's not our office, I promise it's not coming from us... But your mom on the other hand.. All she kept talking about was MTV this and MTV that."

The final Instagram story statement saw Jenelle telling her followers: "So now you understand my frustration, now you understand where I get my information."

She alleged she was 'being lied to this entire time' and that 'proper protocol' was not followed.

"I have no idea what human being I can trust anymore, not even my own blood," the reality TV star hit out. "I'm being fed all these different stories from different people.

"People trying to get on my good side to then again betray me over and over."

Jenelle finished up her statement concluding: "The media won't give me time to breathe [sic]. I know the truth and so does God."

Tyla has reached out to both the Brunswick County Sheriff's Office and Jenelle as well as making an attempt to contact David for comment.
