MAFS UK bride Polly Sellman has hit out at body shaming trolls after last night's controversial wife swap episode left viewers seriously shocked.
Channel 4 viewers watched on as Polly was teamed up with Nathan, Lacey's husband, while her own groom, Adam, was paired up with Amy.
Adam was seen sharing a bed with Amy, making her food and visiting a lingerie shop with her, a world away from how he is with Polly.

Viewers were particularly divided over a moment when Adam texted Polly to ask for her bra size, which left her feeling 'overwhelmed'.
Now, as we know, the series is pre-filmed hence why some of the contestants look different on their up-to-date social media accounts compared to on the show.
And this is something Polly has unfortunately had to deal with throughout the season after documenting her weight loss journey online.
Taking to Instagram earlier this morning (30 October), the reality TV star shared a snap of her posing in some Ann Summers lingerie - courtesy of her 'hubby'.
In a lengthy caption, Polly acknowledged that she's received 'a lot' of positive comments about her weight loss since the show aired.
However, she revealed she was 'absolutely horrified' following last night's episode (29 October), writing: "I had absolutely nothing from the general public saying that I'm insecure with myself for weeks, and lo and behold, here you are making me all insecure of what I looked like."
She continued: "Body shaming and making someone feel insecure (no matter how they look now) who is already going through stress is one of the worst things you can do.
"When you body shame someone ONLINE and PUBLICLY, others are listening. A friend with an eating disorder, someone struggling to lose baby weight, younger family members who have unrealistic body issues."
Polly explained that body shaming a person 'in the name of advising them to be a certain way or to make fun of someone's size' is a form of sarcasm and 'mentally hurtful'.
"I lost my weight for my own reasons and none of you know why," she shared. "Body shaming leads to horrendous extremes in which I hope never happens to me because of this but I can assure you it definitely hasn't helped with how I feel about myself even after losing so much weight."
The MAFS UK star then listed a number of things which are more than completely fine.
She penned: "Being skinny is OK. Not being skinny is OK. Having curves are OK. Not having curves is OK.
"Bashing someone for their body is NOT OK."
Branding body shaming as 'one of the most disgusting things you can do to another person', adding that it's 'even worse' when done online, Polly scolded: "You should all be so ashamed of yourselves."
"The next time someone body shames anyone, just remember you're an AWFUL human being," she rounded off.
"So congratulations on making a young girl who's been vulnerable and herself on TV, feel like s**t all over again, so well done."
And to conclude, Polly declared once and for all: "Also PLEASE stop asking me how I lost the weight, this is another question I find really personal and I'm genuinely sick of saying the same thing."
