Emmerdale star Danny Miller deletes social media account after hitting back at fat shaming comments

Emmerdale star Danny Miller deletes social media account after hitting back at fat shaming comments

He's not happy with the trolls...

Emmerdale actor Danny miller was forced to clap back to trolls this week after they body shamed him.

Miller, who plays Andy Dingle in popular the ITV Soap, was quick to hit back at the hater before shutting down his account permanently.

Miller recently returned to the Dales after seemingly quitting for good back in 2019, though fans may also know him from his stint in the jungle.

Back in 2021, Miller was named I’m A Celebrity’s newest King of the Castle.

Audiences liked him from the start after he rolled into camp to show everyone how enthusiastic he was.

He'd won fans' hearts after opening up about his first foray into fatherhood, and broke down when he received his letter from home from his fiancée Steph and then seven-week-old son Albert.

“Dear Daddy, it’s Steph and Albert here," the letter read.

"He recognises your voice on the telly and looks up at it when he hears you.

“I really think he looks more and more like you every day.

"Remember what I tell you every day, you are strong, you are wise… we feel extra lucky to call you ours.

"You are our daddy, our only daddy, you make us happy when skies are grey.

"My first ever love and my last.”

And this summer, more happy news hit the Miller family.

The Emmerdale star welcomed his second child with wife Steph Jones.

Danny wrote: "When three becomes four. Welcome to the World Baby Miller. We all love you more than you’ll ever know."

He's since announced his second child is a daughter named Edith.

But this week, things haven't been so bright for Miller.

He's been having some trouble with online trolls, who have been body shaming the actor.

Things have got so bad that Miller has deleted his account - but not before responding to the hateful comments.

Responding to tweets branding him 'fat' and 'chubby', he wrote: "Say what you want about Aaron. He's fictional, I play what I'm told to play. But please don't think commenting about 'Danny' being 'fat' or 'chubby' will EVER bother me."

Miller continued: "I'm sat eating a greasy kebab AND a pizza, laughing at you whilst gulping a FULL FAT COKE you b******* [laughing face emojis]."

Mic drop.
