Nobody Wants This fans are just realising where they recognise Joanne’s mum from.
Now, Netflix users were absolutely obsessed with the first season of the hit comedy series starring Kristen Bell and Adam Brody, so you can imagine their excitement when season two finally landed on the streamer just last week (23 October).
It didn't take long for fans of the TV show to rattle their way through all 10 episodes of the latest season, which picks up with the protagonists, Noah (Brody) and Joanne (Bell), trying to make their relationship work, despite the latter's decision to not convert to Judaism (at least for now) in the season one finale.
However, despite the star-studded cast of the second season, it's clear Netflix fans were totally transfixed with the character of Lynne - AKA Joanne's mum.

The beloved character is played by none other than 73-year-old Stephanie Faracy, who many fans quickly clocked also portrayed another on-screen mother, Jenny Dennison, in the 1993 cult-classic that is Hocus Pocus, alongside Sarah Jessica Parker, Bette Midler and Kathy Najimy.
In Nobody Wants This, Faracy's character seemingly even gave a nod to her Hocus Pocus antics as she wore the same iconic conical bra Madonna costume as she did all those years back in the family-comedy favourite.
After making the discovery, fans rushed to social media to share their reactions, with one X user penning: "My brain at 2 am realising the mom in Nobody Wants This is the mom from Hocus Pocus."
"The mom from Hocus Pocus is also the mom on Nobody Wants This -and repeated her Madonna look. Love it!" beamed a second, while a third chimed in: "The fact the mom on Hocus Pocus is the mom on Nobody Wants This and repeated her costume (while Adam Brody is also a vampire!) is the greatest thing!!!!"
A fourth gushed: "That little nod to Hocus Pocus in Nobody Wants This was perfection."
"No spoilers, but I adore that the new season of Nobody Wants This does an homage to Stephanie Faracy’s (Joanne’s mom) iconic Madonna Halloween costume from when she was in Hocus Pocus," echoed a fifth.
Another praised: "Okay this is ICONIC."
And a final X user added: "Love the Hocus Pocus nod on Nobody Wants This."
Nobody Wants This currently sits at the 'No. 1 in Series Today' ranking on the UK version of the streaming platform.
