Oliver Tree has died following a fatal helicopter crash in Brazil.
According to CNN Brazil, the singer-songwriter, 32, had been travelling through Rio de Janeiro when the incident occurred on Sunday (14 Jun).
Tree had been halfway through his Love You Madly, Hate You Badly album world tour, which began in Mexico City, and was set to continue through China, Japan, Antarctica, New Zealand and South Africa in the coming weeks.
The star, famed for his hit songs Life Goes On and Miss You, was killed in the tragic collision alongside five other people when their aircraft collided with another helicopter above an electrical yard.

Local news outlet Metrópoles reported that Tree had been flying with passengers Lucas Vignale, Gaspar Prim, and Lucas Brito Chaves, as well as pilot Alexandre Souza.

The other helicopter was being piloted by Charles Marsillac.
An investigation has been launched into the cause of the disaster.
Numerous Tree's musical comrades have since shared tributes, including YouTube star and hit-maker KSI.
He wrote on social media: "Can’t believe I’m actually having to type this. You’re 32, man. You should still be here. You still had so much life to live.
"So much music to make. So much content to make. You’re a legend and will always be a legend. Still doesn’t feel real. Genuinely feel sick."
KSI concluded: "I love you, bro."
Longtime friend and artistic collaborator Diplo also honoured his life with a social media post.

"When people ask me who my dream collaborator is, I never gave the right answer," he wrote. "I might say something obvious, or anyone with a good personality. But it is, and always will be, Oliver Tree.
"We met each other as fans, but I don’t think I’ve ever met another creator with the same raw ambition for chaos as me."
Diplo, real name Thomas Wesley 'Wes' Pentz Jr, went on to describe Tree as 'cooler than everyone', adding that his death 'doesn't feel real'.
The 47-year-old continued: "I don’t think we’ll ever have another human like this again. No rules. No apologies. He was 1000% himself and on a mission to add more joy to this music scene.
"I’ve never experienced anyone with this high a level of vibration."

Diplo concluded: "Part of me still thinks I’m going to see him in a few weeks, exactly like always. What a rockstar he was, I’m not gonna say I miss you yet, because somehow you’re still here.
"Still inspiring me right now."
