An expert has 'revealed' what Kanye West said to his wife, Bianca Censori, before their shocking Grammys moment, as we prepare to welcome the 2026 nominees.
It’s that time of year again, and the music industry is about to find out which music maker has come out on top in a variety of categories.
This Sunday (1 February), the world will watch as singers prove they’ve got their chops on stage, and others are recognised for creating beautiful melodies for the masses.
With the likes of Doechii, Sabrina Carpenter, Kendrick Lamar, SZA, Lady Gaga, Chappell Roan, and more on the block for awards this year, it’s going to be hard to figure out who is the best of them all.

Raj Kapoor, the executive producer behind last year's Grammys, explained to People that celebs are handed an 'artistic black-tie' dress code for the event, but admitted: "But in the music industry, I guess that's up for interpretation.

"Obviously, there is a dress code for anybody actually performing on the show that we have to adhere to standards and practices.
"But as far as people attending and nominees attending, that would be something the [Recording] Academy [presents the Grammys] would have to answer."
Well, Kanye, who goes by ‘Ye’, certainly got one part of the dress code right in 2025, but there certainly was no tie, and whether it was ‘artistic’ is up for debate.
After his highly publicised divorce from Kim Kardashian in 2022, West went on to date and marry Bianca Censori, who then caused a scandal at the Grammys in 2025 when the pair showed up in very different outfits.
West donned all black, while Censori was draped in fur, before dropping it to reveal a totally transparent dress, with nothing underneath.
This led to false reports that the couple were 'kicked out' of the awards ceremony, as well as fans questioning if Censori could face jail time for the statement ensemble.

It’s safe to say that it caused a stir, particularly as people weren’t sure if this was a statement, if Censori organised it herself, or if this was something Kanye had thought up.
However, according to a lip reader, the rapper had a few words for her before she made the shocking reveal.
Speaking to The Mirror, lip reader Nicola Hickling said that she believes the musician told Bianca: "You're making a scene now."
Hickling added that after Bianca nods, Kanye seemingly goes on to instruct her: "Make a scene, I'll say it'll make so much sense."
Meanwhile, speaking to the Daily Mail, Jeremy Freeman, another lip reader, claimed that Kanye told members of staff: "Does that make sense, push that out of the way…that person right there…"
He is then said to have told staff to 'push him out, there...', seemingly in a bid to get the cameras a clear view of Bianca.
As we say, Bianca's appearance sparked severe controversy amongst viewers watching the festivities from home, many of whom questioned whether her stark outfit could land her in legal trouble.

One critic questioned: "How is Bianca’s dressing at the Grammys legal? Or her husband (Kanye West) is a billionaire, so she gets a pass?"
"I don’t know how Bianca Censori is allowed to show up literally naked to the f**king GRAMMYS of all places but OK that’s the world we live in now," another admitted.
According to Kenn California Law Group, someone is guilty of indecent exposure if they expose their genitals or naked body, in front of someone who might be offended or annoyed by it, intending to direct attention to themselves, with the intention of sexually gratifying themselves or offending someone.
If a prosecutor can prove all of the above, the penalty is a fine of up to $1,000 or six months in jail.
According to TMZ, however, Bianca was not punished for her Grammys get-up, as the LAPD reportedly told the outlet that the Grammys are a private event and that no one contacted police to complain about her that night.
Tyla has previously contacted Kanye's representatives for comment.
