Coachella is upon us, and it’s already kicked off with a bang.

And a surprise addition to the star-studded roster is the one and only Kesha, who made an onstage appearance alongside Renee Rapp.

The duo revived her 2010 classic, 'TiK ToK' but made a change to the lyrics which shook listeners to their core. You can watch it here:

We all know the opening line of the song, but Kesha decided to change things up amidst the rapper's ongoing lawsuits.

Instead of singing ‘wake up in the morning feeling like P Diddy’, she slammed the American rapper instead, saying: ‘f*** P Diddy.”

Since 2023, P Diddy - real name Sean Combs - has faced several civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault, rape and sex trafficking.

The 'Bad Boy for Life' singer's home was also raided by federal agents last month.

He has vehemently denied the numerous allegations against him, claiming on 6 December that 'ENOUGH IS ENOUGH'.

He added: "For the last couple of weeks, I have sat silently and watched people try to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy.

"Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday."

Comb's attorney had also previously called the raid 'a gross overuse of military-level force', and that the probe was 'nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits'.

Fans at home, however, were shocked by the lyric change, and took to X to praise the singer.

One person wrote: "There's no way Kesha just sang TiK ToK at Coachella and changed the lyrics to F**k P Diddy in 2024 omg this Coachella is iconic," while another commented: "Kesha and Reneé Rapp performing TiK ToK together at Coachella and changing the lyrics to the song has me shook to the core right now.”

While a third said: "KESHA JUST CHANGED THE LYRICS FOR TIK TOK TO “F**K P DIDDY” AT COACHELLA WITH RENEÉ RAPP OH MY GODD.”

A fourth wrote: "Couldn't sleep so I decided to watch Reneé at Coachella and I get to see her and Kesha changing the lyrics of TiK ToK to "F**k P Dippy"?!??

Meanwhile, someone else called it a 'powerful message'.

Since the performance, Kesha went on to post to X at 1.34am this morning (14 April) to further reiterate her point.

She wrote: “WAKE UP IN THE MORNING LIKE F**K P DIDDY.”
