Love Island star Ouzy returns to his day job after being dumped from the villa

Love Island star Ouzy returns to his day job after being dumped from the villa

Dumped Love Islander Ouzy See plays football in Scotland

One of Love Island’s dumped islanders from this year is already back in his day job.

Ouzy See appeared on the ITV show when he arrived in this series’ Casa Amour, where he and a bunch of other lads tried to tempt the existing girls into recoupling.

The footballer actually knew one of the Islanders already in the show; Ella Thomas.

And despite her already being in an on-off couple with fellow footie player, Tyrique Hyde, she chose to take the 28-year-old back to the main villa with her.

It didn’t last very long though, as after some time, an upset Ella swiftly ditched Ouzy to get back with Tyrique.

But it wasn’t too bad for the Scot, who cracked on with Kady McDermott – a returning islander from 2016.

Soon putting an end to their Love Island journey, however, they were dramatically dumped from the villa in a decision made by their fellow islanders, Whitney and Lochan, in Tuesday 18 July’s episode.

Just a week after he was dumped from the villa in Mallorca, Ouzy was back at his day job: a striker for non-league Scottish club Edinburgh City.

He took to his Instagram story on 26 July to share he had gone back to football, writing: “First training session back yesterday first game tonight.”

Ouzy filmed himself in his training kit as he smiled at the camera. However, his team did actually end up losing the match.

He lasted 11 days on the show, with Edinburgh City announcing his return in a tweet saying: “Guess who’s back???”

The star also does some part-time modelling and left his club in June to head out to film the show.

Ouzy entered Casa Amour and ruffled a few feathers.

When it was announced, the club wrote on Twitter: “We want to wish our striker @ouzysee all the best in the @LoveIsland House, behave yourself big man aye?"

After leaving the villa, Ouzy shared an Instagram post, saying: “Wow what an unbelievable experience, thanks to everyone who supported me it means the world, I was so out of my comfort zone but there’s nothing I would off changed, excited for the next chapter.”

As well as returning to football, Ouzy returned from the villa with Kady and plans to pursue their relationship.

The pair have been spotted putting on the PDA during date nights in London over recent days before he headed back to train with the Scottish club.

Appearing on Aftersun (Love Island’s spin off chat show), Kady told host Maya Jama: “Ouzy’s the sweetest person.”
