A lot of celebrities have fled the US ever since Donald Trump won the 2024 election and became the president of the United States - again.

I can't say I blame them, to be honest. Ever since Trump has once again occupied the White House, he's kept himself busy making the lives of everyone else unbearable.

As of late, Trump has claimed there is only two genders, therefore erasing the identity of the people who identify as the other 70 genders, he's deported a bunch of 'criminals' - whilst playing fast and loose with that word - as well as children, caused a massive tariff war, which is more likely to affect the every day American than it is any business, p*ssed of Greenland and the Catholics... am I missing anything?

Oh yeah, he also humiliated President Volodymyr Zelenskyy on the world stage and accused him of 'gambling with WW3' - although the two have since made up at Pope Francis' funeral.

Executive order after executive order, Trump's politics have people questioning their patriotism, with some clearly not even resonating with the National Anthem anymore, as evidenced by the Beyhive who had mixed feelings Beyoncé performed it at her show in LA.

So with that in mind, some of the biggest A-listers have hung up their star-spangled banners and opted to take residence elsewhere.

Eva Longoria

Longoria was one of the first to share that she has left the US, as she now splits her time between Spain and Mexico.

She actress told Marie Claire of Trump’s plans: “If he keeps his promises, it’s going to be a scary place.

“I’m privileged,” she added. “I get to escape and go somewhere.

“Most Americans aren’t so lucky. They’re going to be stuck in this dystopian country, and my anxiety and sadness is for them.”

Sophie Turner

Turner recently moved back to the UK, and shared that it was due to her fear of US gun violence and because women were losing their rights.

Gabriel Macht

The Suits actor revealed in an interview with People back in January that he and his family had left the US, but refused to reveal where they'd moved to.

He said: "I don't tell anybody where I live because I like to keep that under wraps.

“I got out of town and we're exploring the world."

Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi

The former talk show host has now moved to the UK with her wife, vowing that they will ‘never return’ since Trump’s election.

An anonymous source close to the couple told The Wrap that the pair are living in the Cotswolds and have no intention of heading back to America, particularly not while Trump remains in charge.

America Ferrera

The actress is reportedly looking for schools in London for her children, and plans to move to the UK.

Barbra Streisand

The fantastic singer and actress shared with Stephen Colbert that she absolutely would not live in the US if Trump returned to power.

She claimed: "I would move. I can't live here under an administration like that."

However, it is unclear if she has moved yet, or made any further plans.

Laverne Cox

The OINB star shared similar feelings to Streisand and revealed that she has plans to move to Europe or even the Caribbean now that Trump is in office.

Cher

While Cher initially planned on moving in 2016 when Trump first won, she’s now adamant that she will be leaving her home country.

Sharon Stone

Stone, like many, has plans to leave for a brighter future in light of the government power.

Apparently, she’s buying a home in Italy to escape the US.

Minnie Driver

The British actress will also be moving back to London, like Turner did, after having lived in Los Angels for decades.

Raven-Symoné

The actress, who has recently spoken out about modified scenes on That's So Raven, is said to be considering moving to Canada with her wife.

Vivian Wilson

Elon Musk's trans daughter has spoken out online about her wish to leave the US too, regardless of her father’s political affiliation to Trump, and oddly turning into his First Lady.
