Victoria Beckham directly addresses ‘family changes’ amid rumoured Brooklyn feud

After the Beckhams were rumoured to have been embroiled in a family ‘feud’, Victoria Beckham has spoken out.

It has been some time since it was alleged that Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham have been growing apart from the rest of the family, following a few ‘issues’.

This is just the latest part in the saga since Brooklyn and Nicola met in 2019 and were engaged around half a year later.

After the nuptials, it seems that’s when things took a turn when Victoria allegedly had an issue with Nicola's wedding dress.

Instead of wearing a Victoria original, Nicola went on to don a Valentino Haute Couture to say her vows.

She then chose to upcycle her mother's wedding dress and wore it for the vow renewal.

However, Nicola herself denied any issues with the dress, previously telling Variety: "I was going to [wear Victoria Beckham] and I really wanted to, and then a few months down the line, she realised that her atelier couldn't do it, so then I had to pick another dress."

According to a source who spoke to People, Victoria allegedly ‘ruined’ a dance at the wedding when friend Marc Anthony dubbed the fashionista the ‘most beautiful’ in the room while up on stage.

There’s so much more to the story, but for now, know that the rumour mill has been working over time and Victoria has since spoken out.

The 50-year-old recently appeared on Alex Cooper's Call Her Daddy podcast where she carefully responded to a question about her husband's alleged 'affair'.

In the interview, the host also asked how she has been able to ‘allow her children to make their own decisions’.

Victoria, who shares four children with David, said: "I mean, we're such a close family.

"You know, communication is key and we always let them know that anything they want to talk about, this is a safe forum. That's really important. But they've got to go on their on their journeys themselves."

She was then asked about how she and David deal with changing dynamics in the family, to which she replied: "Again, it's just about communicating. We've always been that way with the kids. And I'm excited for them, they're all very different. They all like to do different things."

Just recently, a friend of Nicola hit out at the Beckham family after she attended the vow renewal, where Victoria and David were not in attendance.

According to Page Six, Rebecca Faria took to Instagram to issue a scathing comment, writing: "I love seeing people who spend years in therapy over toxic family ties coming here and judging someone who actually had the guts to walk away."

"Everyone’s been kissing the Beckhams’ a** forever, and Nicola was the first to stand up for her values since [she] couldn’t care less about their fame or money!" she added.

"The moment they couldn’t control everything, they lost it and started planting fake press to make her look bad in the public eye," Rebecca claimed. "I’ve known her for years; she’s genuine, humble, and refuses to live in a fake world, so if you don’t know the REAL story, don’t come here talking c**p."
