Travis Kelce has taken a hit to the bank balance after he was fined for making 'obscene gestures' by the NFL.
The Kansas City Chief star was playing against the Philadelphia Eagles at the time the gesture was made, according to NBC Sports.
Taylor Swift's fiancé also recently ruffled feathers with his choice of clothing while training.
The decision to fine Kelce comes after the NFL announced earlier this year that they would be cracking down on gestures and actions that are 'unsportsmanlike, violent and sexually suggestive', in an attempt to clean up the game and make it even more family friendly.

Unfortunately for Kelce, he clearly got wrapped up in the moment, even if the Chiefs did eventually go on to lose the game 20-17, on September 14.

The gesture in question happened when Kelce celebrated a 23-yard gain by gesturing to his groin area in what some are calling 'an animated fashion'.
Officials missed his action, but the higher-ups at NFL didn't and have decided to fine him £14,491.

Let's face it though, that's small change to Kelce who reportedly earns, on average, $17.25m per year just for playing football.
That's not taking into account any sponsorship or advertising deals, either.
He wasn't the only player to be fined, as fellow Eagles superstar Saquon Barkley was slapped with a $46,371 penalty for unnecessary roughness/use of the helmet.
After news of the fine was shared, one fan joked: "They should only be able to fine you if they describe in practical terms what the player did with super clarification, LOL"

"Are you f****** kidding me. These fines are getting ridiculous," added another, while one fan slammed: "So he was fined for celebrating a catch? Got it."
"That’s considered obscene in the NFL?" questioned another, while one joked: "Imagine getting fined for an amount you make in 15 seconds."

"I don't like Travis but this is ridiculous. These are grown men playing a sport, if he wants to make that gesture then he should be allowed to," insisted one viewer.
Kelce's fiancée Taylor Swift recently raised eyebrows when she arrived to support him at a game at the Arrowhead Stadium, but was spotted walking behind a rolling black shield.
Some questioned whether it was for privacy, while others thought it was a security measure and a bulletproof screening following the assassination of political activist Charlie Kirk.
According to TMZ, the barrier 'is a bullet-resistant portable shield partition that retails for about $6,000.'
