Travis Barker recalls 2008 plane crash, revealing terrifying vision he and daughter Alabama shared beforehand
In 2008, musician Travis Barker was one of the two passengers to survive a fatal plane crash.
Almost 20 years on, and the Blink-182 has claimed he endured a vision ahead of the deadly collision, which killed four people.
Eerily, his eldest daughter, Alabama Barker, had also experienced an unnerving premonition days earlier, hundreds of miles away from the crash site.
Barker, 50, made an appearance on the On Purpose with Jay Shetty podcast this week (10 Aug), where he recalled the near-death experience, which only he and pal Adam 'DJ AM' Goldstein initially survived.

The plane had been travelling from Los Angeles to South Carolina on 19 September that year, where he and Goldstein had been scheduled to perform a concert at the state's university.
Speaking to podcast presenter Shetty, Barker recalled that, the day earlier, he'd asked his manager if he could pull out of the gig, or if it was too late.
What did Travis and Alabama's premonitions involve?
"I was just so content with being home with the kiddos, and he’s like, 'Bro, you can’t cancel this late'," the father-of-three explained.
"So, I ended up flying out there."
He bid goodbye to his daughter, now 20, who was only a small child at the time.
"She’s like, 'Dad, don’t go!'," Barker looked back. "She’s bawling, and she doesn’t usually do that. She’s like, 'The roof’s gonna come off', and I’m like, 'What is she talking about?'."
He added that, following the performance, his team were in such a hurry to get back to LA that they chartered a private jet 'super last minute', despite having booked a flight for the following day.
Barker also claimed he'd usually have asked questions about the aircraft itself and the team manning it, but hadn't had the time in this instance.
The drummer claimed he saw a 'really small' plane when they arrived at the airport, which supposedly gave him an 'awful' feeling.
Concerned, Barker called his dad.
"[I] got on the plane but I knew something felt off," he went on. "I even told my dad, 'If something happens to me, please make sure the kids are taken care of'. I was saying way too much. All the signs were there."
Barker concluded: "Now older me would just say, ‘I think I’m not gonna get on the plane."
What caused the crash?
On board alongside Barker and Goldstein were his assistant, Chris 'Lil Chris' Baker, bodyguard Charles 'Che' Still, the pilot, Sarah Lemmon, and the co-pilot, James Bland.
During takeoff from Columbia Metropolitan Airport, however, a tyre failure triggered a loud bang and sent sparks emanating from the jet, sending the jet off the end of the runway.
The co-pilot informed air traffic control to send emergency equipment before the plane smashed through an airport boundary fence, crossed the highway and hit an embankment, bursting into flames.
Still and Baker were killed upon impact, while the pilots died of smoke inhalation and burns following the crash.
Barker suffered burns on 65 per cent of his body and was hospitalised for 11 weeks, after which he was also diagnosed with PTSD.
Goldstein, who also suffered burns, was prescribed painkillers and anti-anxiety medication. Eleven months following the crash, he fatally overdosed on harder drugs he'd used in the years prior, aged 36.
