Kim Kardashian has opened up about a 'tragic' new health problem that apparently 'appeared overnight' - though the reality star is determined to 'fix it'.
In a recent episode of the fifth season of The Kardashians, Kim dropped the bombshell while away in Aspen on a family holiday, saying it was really hard for her to ‘grasp’.
Their lavish family holiday seemed to be missing a few members, as Kourtney Kardashian and Kylie Jenner were nowhere to be seen.

But there were some reasonable explanations, as during filming, Kourtney had just given birth to Rocky - her first son with Travis Barker - and understandably didn't want to take her first flight with the baby without him, since he was on tour with Blink-182.
Kylie was actually set to go on the vacation and even boarded her private jet, but she told her family she had a ‘bad feeling’ about the flight, which had been delayed due to visibility restrictions in Colorado from severe weather.
Before they were up in the air she chose to get off the plane, bailing on her family who claimed that she always ‘gets away’ with not attending.
Khloe questioned her logic, saying: “You’re gonna leave your whole family and let them die?”
Kim added: “If you feel that unsafe you’ll beg and plead and cry for your family to get off a plane.”
Anyway, later on in the show during dinner, Kim mentioned to her family that she was concerned about a new health problem that had ‘appeared overnight’.
She said: "Can I tell you what tragically happened to me? It’s really hard for me to grasp and it happened overnight. I cannot see."
Yep, Kim claimed she is losing her eyesight.
"Like this, I used to look at everything here and now I go,” as she moves the phone away from her face," she continued.
"And it just happened overnight."
But Kim was determined that she could fix the issue.
“I think I can reverse this,” she said. “I’m gonna eat tons of carrots and I’m gonna do red-light therapy on my eyeballs and open my eyes… wait a minute.”
But momager Kris replied: “I don’t think that’s smart.”
In a private interview for the show, Kris then mocked Kim, saying: “Who’s gonna tell Kim that carrots don’t fix your eyesight?
“It’s called ageing. She’s getting a bit older.”
Ouch!
We would say she’s certainly not doing bad for 43, though!
