Kourtney Kardashian, who has previously been referred to as a 'big drinker' by her famous siblings, has unexpectedly announced she is three years sober.
The eldest Kardashian sister opened up on her sobriety journey at a launch event for Khloé's new Khloud popcorn flavour.
But rather than opting for tequila on the rocks or rosé, which Kourtney previously said were her go-to drinks, she was seen sipping on a gin mocktail instead.
Taking to her Instagram Stories last week, she confirmed she hadn't touched a drop of alcohol for the past three years.

"@Khloudfoods @KhloeKardashian def told them I haven't drank alcohol in 3 years," she wrote over the post. "Fancy Friday."
The Poosh founder, who recently revealed she wouldn't be getting Botox anymore, liked a tipple when she was younger, according to her sister Kim, who said she was 'such a big drinker' when they were teenagers.

During an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in 2017, Kim told Andy Cohen she was 'never into drugs or pot' and had to be the designated driver for Kourtney and their friends.

"I think my dad always put such a responsibility on me," Kim said. "In high school, Kourtney was such a big drinker, and my dad was well aware. Every weekend when I was 14, I had to drive her around, and he would teach me to drive his car.
"He would say, 'I know you're only 14, we don't have cell phones so when you get to the house, you have to party with your sister…' He made me go with my sister every weekend to watch her, and drive everyone home."
Kim later reflected in a 2021 Instagram post that she was still Kourtney's designated driver when her sister was in college, adding: "I remember visiting Kourt on campus and being her designated driver. I hated all of the wild parties so much that I stayed home and never wanted to drink or party EVER."
Kourtney's ex Scott Disick previously opened up on his battle with alcoholism, sharing how he explained his past struggles with alcohol abuse to the pair's teenage son Mason, 16.

He said last year on an episode of the Khloé in Wonder Land podcast: "The truth is, I do explain to Mason how drinking affected me and how badly it put me in certain places, and he knows that.
"And he for a while thought I would treat him differently because of that. And I said, ‘I’m not treating you any different because of my mistakes or how I lived.'"
As for Kourtney, alcohol isn't the only thing she has vowed to not entertain anymore.

Last month, the TV star got candid about her decision to no longer have Botox treatments.
Kourtney, who shares children Mason, Penelope and Reign with Disick and son Rocky with her husband, blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, explained her decision to stop having Botox.
Speaking on family's reality TV show The Kardashians last December, Kourtney shared: "I haven’t got Botox in four years to keep my third eye open."
Speaking with her sister Kim, who admitted to having had Botox 'two nights ago', Kourtney clarified she had nothing against the procedure.

"Good for you," Kourtney told Kim after her Botox revelation but reiterated that she'll 'never get it again', adding that not having it 'helps her intuition'.
