Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry has announced that she's pregnant, expecting twins with boyfriend Elijah Scott.
The 31-year-old - who is already mum to five children - shared the news on her Barely Famous podcast, saying she must have got pregnant 'right before' going on holiday to Thailand, but 'had no idea'.
"So when I got there, I was eating everything," she said.

"My face was flushed, but I didn't think anything of it because I was like, there's no way. There's no way I am."
Kailyn was speaking to TikToker Allison Kuch, who is expecting her first baby with NFL star Isaac Rochell - and also happened to be in Thailand around the same time.
"We were not even near each other, but what are the odds?" Kailyn said.
"And then I guess we both came home with permanent souvenirs."
Allison then said: "Wait, you came home with a permanent souvenir? Oh my God, why did I not know this? We both got pregnant in Thailand."

Allison said she felt surprised she fell pregnant so quickly, having expected it to take much longer.
She explained how she'd been able to work out the exact date she conceived after tracking her ovulation.
Kailyn then said: "Well, to be fair, I mean, this is my ... sixth pregnancy, like six and seven for me.
"And I've gotten pregnant when I'm not actually ... like I've tracked my ovulation and I've gotten pregnant on days that were not my ovulation window."

Kailyn welcomed her fifth child, son Rio, earlier this month.
She chose to share the news relatively quietly on her podcast, telling People afterwards: "I wanted to be able to tell my own story on my own terms and kind of share what information I wanted to share instead of being within a contractual obligation or storyline."
Kailyn - who is also mum to sons Creed, three, and Lux, six, with ex Chris Lopez, nine-year-old son Lincoln with Javi Marroquin and 13-year-old son Isaac with Jo Rivera - admitted she wasn't necessarily trying for a child with Elijah, but said the news came as a 'pleasant surprise'.

"As chaotic as it was finding out about being pregnant again, he's been such an incredible baby that it really was a true light at the end of a really dark year for me," she said.
"It was rough [last year] with the lawsuit, the depression that I dealt with and everything else. So, he has been really a joy for all of us."
