Taylor Swift has epic 4-word response to making history yet again

The 'Anti-Hero' singer brushed off her latest accolade rather casually

For musician Taylor Swift, making history is becoming an everyday occurrence.

So much so, that after breaking yet another record earlier this week, the US musician casually brushed it off with a pretty legendary four-word response, which has unsurprisingly gone viral.

As we say, the Pennsylvania-born singer - who today celebrates her 35th birthday - is no stranger to receiving global recognition for her work.

Her first record was broken all the way back in 2006, aged just 17, when her track 'Our Song' bagged her the title of the youngest artist in history to have written and performed a No. 1 in the Hot Country Song Charts.

And three years later, she became the youngest person to win the Country Music Association Awards' top honour.

Swift has also walked away with the most American Music Awards in history, having surpassed both Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston, and became the first woman with four albums in the Billboard Chart's Top 10 simultaneously.

As well as also having the most No. 1 albums written by a woman, the most streamed country album in a single day, being the first woman with new number one albums in five consecutive years, the first woman with simultaneous Top 10 songs from three albums, she's also the only artist to win Album of the Year Grammy four times.

And - as Tyla reported earlier this week - her recent Eras Tour also made history, having racked up $2,077,618,72 in ticket sales, welcomed 10,168,008 attendees, and become the best-selling show of all time.

It also became the first concert tour to gross $1 billion, sealing her position as the highest-earning female musician in the industry.

For the 'Anti-Hero' hitmaker, however, it's not all about the money and the titles - something she made clear earlier this week, after being informed she'd broken yet another record.

Swift was presented with a staggering 10 awards at this year's Billboard Music Awards - including the Top Artist, and the Top Billboard 200 Album for her compilation The Tortured Poets Department - which brought her all-time total to 49.

Keeping her cool, however, in a pre-recorded acceptance speech, Swift casually brushed over the record, describing it as the 'nicest early birthday present'.

She then added: "Thank you very much... I love it. It's exactly what I wanted."

At the awards, Swift's latest album also 'nabbed the record for largest streaming week ever for an album since the chart started measuring by units in December 2014', according to the awarding body.

In the first week, a total of 2.61 million units were sold, racking up around £1.914 million.
