1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton has recently shared with fans a huge bunch of new transformation photos following her skin removal surgery and they've ignited conversation over one subtle detail.
The 38-year-old reality TV favourite, who rose to fame after appearing in the TLC series alongside her younger sister, Amy Slaton, back in 2020, quickly developed a dedicated fan base who loved nothing more than to follow along with her emotional weight loss journey which saw her impressively lose as much as 500lbs.
Tammy already showed off the results of her excess skin removal surgery which removed 15 pounds of the excess skin. Now, she's shared a number of new snaps post-op.
Tammy took to TikTok over the weekend (20 July) to upload a carousel video in question features 11 photos - both selfies and full body shots - of Tammy posing with a smile to the backing viral 'I understood the assignment' audio.

After catching light of the photo dump, 1000-lb Sisters fans all over rushed in to share their praise over the social media star's progress after the long-awaited skin removal surgery.
However, many urged Tammy to stop using filters on her photos, assuring her that she 'doesn't need them'.
One TikTok user penned: "I'd really like to see what she looks like without filters I saw her at a fan convention or something and she looks great, but this just looks fake. She did a great job."

"Love that you’ve been so dedicated and successful with your weight loss journey. Tammy, love, you DON’T need the filter. You have NOTHING to hide, and you’re NOT a cartoon," put forward a second.
A third chimed in: "You're beautiful you don't need the filters!"
"I need to know what filter she is using. She might not need it but I do lol," echoed another.

And a final TikTok user added: "Tammy you don't need the filters. You are pretty just the way you are especially when you smile!!"
Tammy's previously shared her extremely honest reason as to why she posts so many selfies.
In an Instagram clip, Tammy explained: "I take a lot of pictures, a lot of selfies - not because I think I look good.

"Well, I do a little bit, but mostly because I want to remember how big I was, what I look like, and I reflect, 'Dude, I was huge!'"
She continued to look back on her life when she previously weighed 500 pounds more, noting: "I would not be able to sit in this chair!"
Tammy continued: "Then I was trying to be so focused on losing weight, I lost myself.

"Lost who I was, and I turned to alcohol instead of food.
"At the same time, I was still eating - so I was doing both, damaged in two different ways."
Admitting it would be 'so easy' to fall back into 'bad habits' and gain all the weight back, Tammy went on: "What was this all for? Wasted time, wasted money, waste effort."
Opening up about her mental health, she explained: "It's not a diet. They say it's a lifestyle change - it really is.
"I had a lot of demons, inner demons that I had to fight, and I'm still fighting.
"You're not alone. You can do anything once you put your mind to it, never give up."
