Scott Disick has confirmed he uses the drug Mounjaro with, of course, an X-rated comment.

Mounjaro is a type 2 diabetes drug that can also be used to treat weight loss. It was spotted in boxes in Scott's fridge in an episode of The Kardashians nine months ago.

In the most recent episode, which dropped on 27 February, Scott and former sister-in-law Khloé Kardashian chatted about drug after eagle-eyed fans spotted it.

“No! It shows the Mounjaro?” Scott said after Khloé pointed out the onscreen blunder. “Oh, f**k me running!”

The father-of-three said he was ‘not embarrassed’ about taking Mounjaro injections though.

“Everybody that’s got a problem with Mounjaro can suck on my d**k,” he declared. “By the way, they can see my d**k now because, for a minute, you couldn’t. It was tough living that large!”

Khloé then shared her thoughts about her own weight loss journey from years ago.

“I don’t get the shame of it,” she said, explaining that Scott shouldn’t feel embarrassed. “When I was thicker, I took laxatives. I would take anything!”

Scott previously shared how he started living a sedentary lifestyle after a car accident in 2022 left him dealing with severe back pain. He started to focus on his wellness over two years ago once he noticed he weight was impacting his sex life.

"Since then, everything has changed in my life," Scott said in a 2023 episode of The Kardashians. "I haven't been able to run around."

The reality TV star has opened up about his past alcohol struggles as well. During an episode of Khloé’s podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, Scott discussed the reason he told his eldest son Mason, 15, about his past.

Scott also shares daughter Penelope, 12, and Reign, 10, with his ex Kourtney Kardashian.

Speaking about his family, Scott said: "Yeah. I think it’s cute that they have… like a lot of families show their kids albums of pictures. We’re able to show them full videos of our lives. Of them being born. Of them growing up."

"I would be mortified for so much that my kids would have to see," Khloé shared before comparing the 'version' Scott is today compared to the one from his past 'sticking hundred dollar bills down waiters' throats and yelling at people'.

"I thought about that just now," Disick admitted. "I don’t want them to see that. But the truth is I do explain to Mason how drinking affected me and how badly it put me in certain places."

Khloé then told Scott the importance of being honest with his son, prompting him to reply: "And he knows that. And he, for a while, thought I was going to treat him differently because of that.

"And I said, 'I’m not treating you any different because of my mistakes or how I lived. But if I see a problem with alcohol with you, I will take action. But other than that, you are just like every other kid. You’re going to try drinking when you’re going to try drinking, but if I see a problem that might be hereditary, then I’ll jump in. But until then, you’re treated like every other kid'."
