Twilight fans all across the globe will no doubt be buzzing to hear Robert Pattinson giving a very firm answer to a decade-old question about the cult film franchise.
Speaking to French outlet Canal+ ahead of his upcoming romance flick, The Drama, which also stars Zendaya, the pair shared their thoughts on the ongoing 'Team Edward' / 'Team Jacob' debate.
For anyone out of the loop, Pattinson played vampire Edward Cullen in the Twilight movies while Taylor Lautner took on the role of werewolf Jacob Black, who basically spent a five-film-long saga competing for the affections of Kristen Stewart's Bella Swan.
During the interview, Zendaya, 29, revealed she was 'Team Edward all day' before the 39-year-old British actor shared his thoughts on the decade-spanning discourse.
When asked which side he was on, Pattinson simply declared with a laugh: "No one’s Team Jacob.
"That was just a marketing thing."
