OK, so we all know by now that ageing is a privilege, but that doesn't stop us from wanting to look our best way into our golden years.

And it seems some of us have absolutely cracked the code on how to keep a youthful visage way into middle-age.

Hollywood star Paul Rudd is famous for his roles in movies like Clueless, Ant-Man, The 40-Year-Old Virgin and This Is 40, but he's perhaps even more well-known for his impressive ability to never age.

Well, the 54-year-old star has finally revealed the secrets behind staying forever young.

During a Clueless reunion at the Chicago Comic & Entertainment Expo back in 2019, Paul was asked for his anti-ageing secret. Previously shy on the topic, he finally spoke out.

The Friends star revealed: "I'm 80 years old on the inside." Pointing to his chest, he elaborated: "In here, pure darkness. And a little moisturiser."

So, all we need is moisturiser, then?!

Paul and his complete lack of ageing is a favourite topic for memes and social media posts, with fans constantly comparing his seemingly unchanged face from 20 years ago to how it looks today.

Eagle-eyed fans have shared X posts, including: "#PaulRudd is a literal vampire why doesn't he age?!?!?"

Apparently all you need to age like Paul is 'a little moisturiser'.

And somebody else said: "I seriously need to know Paul Rudd's skin care regime because honestly whY DOES THIS MAN NOT AGE?? like im not complaining haha but like omg if I stay half as youthful when im his age ill be basically flawless [sic]."

And that's not the only star who looks absolutely amazing.

Hollywood bombshell, Salma Hayek, best known for her lead roles in the likes of Frida and Grown Ups - has had heaps of praise hoarded onto her from fans for decades for natural beauty and glowing skin.

It's no wonder, therefore, that millions of her followers have been dying to know her skincare routine for years.

And luckily for them, last year, the 57-year-old Golden Globe-winner let us in on one of her handiest beauty hacks - and it's way less complicated than you might have thought.

Salma says her skincare hack was passed down to her from her grandmother.

In fact, Salma says the key to beautiful skin is NOT washing your face in the first thing in the morning.

While it’s tempting to ignore this advice, you can hardly argue with the results...

And don't worry! She assured fans at the time this practice is 'not disgusting' as she spoke about her beauty secret - which was handed down to her by her grandmother.

Speaking to British GQ, the Magic Mike actress revealed she'd received the advice as a teen.

She explained: “What happens at night is your skin produces all the oils that your skin needs to look youthful. It regenerates. So, wash your skin really great at night but don't wash the hard work off your skin in the morning.”

Noted.
