Thousands of Ozzy's fans also showed up to watch the devastated family lay gifts and flowers in his honour, and were met with chants of ‘Ozzy, Ozzy, Ozzy, Oi, Oi, Oi’ as they exited their car.
The father-of-six grew up in Aston, Birmingham, and entered rock n' roll stardom in the 70s and early 80s.

After that, he and Sharon moved to the States, where they raised their three children and even hosted an all-class reality show called The Osbournes.

The funeral was kept private, but as the world watched the family turn up to the celebration of his life, it was easy to spot how they were all individually wearing personal tributes to the man they’d known and loved for decades.
Sharon Osbourne
Wife Sharon was visibly distraught as she exited her car with her children around her, supporting her as she walked to the mountain of tribute flowers and gifts.
As she leaned over to place her own pink rose, wrapped in black floristry paper, what appeared to be one of Ozzy’s wedding rings dangling from a long chain, was seen around her neck.

Sad images from the service show Sharon holding onto the Lord Mayor of Birmingham, Zafar Iqbal, as she broke down at the outpouring of love shown by fans to her late husband.

Kelly Osbourne
Daughter Kelly Osbourne was seen wearing a pair of circular, blue-tinted glasses that resembled her father’s signature pair, which he was often seen wearing throughout his career.

According to NPR, the glasses had become part of Ozzy's get-up in the mid-90s, and the shape is said to be a nod to late musician John Lennon.
Aimee Osbourne
Aimee, who is rarely seen in public with her family and opted out of starring in their reality TV show, wore a bat brooch, referencing Ozzy’s infamous bat-biting controversy during a show in 1982.

Jack Osbourne
Jack wore a black Chrome Hearts tie with a silver cross embellishment at the bottom, which nods to his dad’s love for cross jewellery.

Ozzy’s body was taken in a hearse down Broad Street and to the Black Sabbath Bridge and bench as he toured the city his was born in, one last time before being laid to rest.
“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” read a statement obtained by Page Six.
“He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time. Sharon, Jack, Kelly, Aimee and Louis.”
