Despite Off Campus hitting Prime last month (13 May), it's clear the hype is nowhere near dying down amongst fans.
The hit romantic drama, which stars Ella Bright, Belmont Cameli, Mika Abdalla and Josh Heuston, has already been renewed for a second season with an expected release in spring or mid-2027.
In the eight-part TV series, 26-year-old Abdalla stars as fan favourite character Allie Hayes, who navigates a breakup with her unsupportive boyfriend, Sean.
Heartbroken and struggling, Allie soon turns her attention to Dean Di Laurentis, a notorious Briar University hockey playboy and her friend's roommate, for a rebound.
And it wasn't just her on-screen character who endured a breakup, as Abdalla has since called off her engagement with Shorts actor Jake Short following the proposal last year.
"Due to recent interest in Mika’s personal life," Abdalla’s previously rep told Us Weekly, "it would feel remiss to not address that her and Jake are no longer together."
The statement continued: "They continue to support each other and remain on friendly terms, and kindly ask for privacy and respect."
Neither Short nor Abdalla has addressed their split after five years together publicly.
Fans have since been obsessed with all things Abdalla, including photos papped during her recent Paris outing with her Off Campus co-star Heuston, who plays broody Aussie musician Justin Kohl in the show.
Mika Abdalla and Josh Heuston are fan favourites in Amazon Prime's Off Campus (Instagram/@jheuston) Both Abdalla and Heuston feature heavily on one another's Instagram accounts, along with the other cast members, but the fan photos taken showing the pair in an intimate embrace have sent fans into overdrive.
One photo showed Abdalla leaning her head back for a kiss from 29-year-old Heuston while he placed his hands in her hair and was leaning in.
And a second showed her resting her hand on Heuston’s arm as they looked about a supermarket.
The pair have featured on each other's social media a number of times now (Instagram/@mika.abdalla) Their continental getaway has since sparked a whole avalanche of dating rumours; however, it's important to note that neither party has confirmed such speculation.
One social media user gushed: "The way he’s holding her neck in that first photo omgggggg."
"It makes me so happy when hot people date hot people," presumed a second as a third agreed: "Not enough do! Hotties with hotties is a rare combo lol (esp when most of the time dudes have women way out of their league)."
The rumour mill went wild after catching light of the new Paris snaps (Instagram/@jheuston) Another chimed in: "Get it, girl."
A final fan added: "I love this for her! (And him)."
Tyla has reached out to both Mika Abdalla's and Josh Heuston's representatives for comment.
