Off Campus star Belmont Cameli reveals truth behind filming steamy scenes Prime viewers are going wild for

While Off Campus hit our screens last month, it's safe to say that the internet is still absolutely obsessed with the series.

Amazon Prime viewers were quick to rattle through all eight episodes of the TV show, which stars Saved by the Bell actor Belmont Cameli as Garrett and Malory Towers' Ella Bright as Hannah.

During the season, we see sparks fly between Garrett and Hannah, which only inevitably leads to the pair getting intimate with one another - several times.

The actors have since opened up about the truth behind filming such steamy scenes together in a new interview with Elite Daily.

"It’s really tricky to get right," Cameli explained as Bright agreed: "It’s carefully choreographed; you’ve got to hit these camera angles."

Cameli added that the cast had a 'really great' team on set, which included an intimacy coordinator who helped them 'feel safe to play out those narratives in the context of sex'.

"The conversations we had around sex for this show were very narrative-driven and emotionally based," he added. "So those are the things we were really concerned about."

Will there be a season 2 of Off Campus?

A second season of Off Campus, which was adapted from the 2015 novel The Deal by Elle Kennedy, is already in production and is set to focus on Allie Hayes (Mika Abdalla) and Dean Di Laurentis (Stephen Kalyn).

However, it's clear Cameli and Bright are keen to see how their own characters' relationship plays out.

"I'm excited to really see them in a solid relationship, and going through an adult romance in college," Bright said.

Cameli added: "There's a lot to look forward to."

It appears viewers would agree as they can't seem to get enough of the spicy scenes, with many rushing to social media to share their thoughts.

One X user gushed: "Off Campus is such a feel good series, you feel extremely light, relaxed, horny and good after you finish watching it, I have watched it thrice btw, same feeling."

"I just started watching Off Campus, it’s giving soft core porn," penned a second as a third chimed in: "Watched first 6 episodes of Off Campus felt like I'm watching porn with a good story."

Another urged: "I strongly do not recommend watching Off Campus when you are ovulating (I've lost my mind)."

And a final X user wrote: "Girls, can you recommend series like Off Campus? Man, I binged all the episodes like a beast in one night and now I'm in a total void."

Bright, who turned 19 last November, previously addressed concerns over the age gap with her co-star Cameli, who turned 28 in February.

During an appearance on the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast, she said: "Listen, I came into this job and during the chemistry reads with more than enough information and knowledge and understanding of what this role required.

"I just fell in love with Hannah and these scripts immediately. Like, there was never a question that I wouldn’t want to do this."

The British-American actress continued: "I get people’s concern, but also not once did I feel left out from being younger than everybody. We’re all such a family, and everyone was just more than perfect, and I couldn’t be more comfortable on this set with these people."

Bright noted that 'it is funny when they say that,' but added: "I’m good. I’m completely good."
