Nicola Peltz slammed by her ex's sister following Brooklyn Beckham's family feud

It seems like everyone in the world has an opinion on the Beckham family drama.

For those who somehow missed it, on Monday (19 January) Brooklyn Beckham, 26, the eldest son of the UK's it-couple David and Victoria, took aim at his parents in a furious social media rant.

Taking to his Instagram Stories, he confirmed that the family had been feuding, with his wife Nicola Peltz at the centre.

Brooklyn brutally penned: "I do not want to reconcile with my family. I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life."

He accused the fashion designer, 51, and former footballer of 'endlessly' trying to 'ruin' his relationship and 'controlling narratives' in the press about the famous family.

The former photographer also claimed that mum Victoria pulled out of making Nicola's wedding dress 'at the eleventh hour' and 'hijacked' the couple's first dance by 'dancing inappropriately' on her son.

And now, Peltz' ex-boyfriend's sister Alana Hadid has weighed in with a telling comment on social media, seemingly making it clear whose side she's on.

For context, Alana, 40, is the half-sister of supermodels Gigi, 30, and Bella Hadid, 29, and Nicola dated their younger brother Anwar, 26, from 2016 to 2018.

However, the former couple parted ways just one year before the American actress, 31, met Brooklyn and their romance began.

Now, back to Alana's comment. The pop culture fan account Saint Hoax shared a slideshow of memes about the Beckham drama and one social media user took aim at Brooklyn in the comments, writing: "Ending an eight paragraph rant about his family’s dirty laundry with 'all we want is privacy' is all I need to know."

Alana, who posts under the Instagram handle @lanzybear, replied to this comment with: "right and that girl doesn’t want privacy she’s been trying to be famous for a decade," alongside four laughing emojis. Brutal.

However, Nicola's comments about the family have seemingly only ever been positive.

The actress told WWD in 2017: "Honestly, he is an angel. He's such an amazing person. He comes from an amazing family. Gigi and Bella are so, so sweet. I just love his family so much. They're feminine, strong girls. To have that around is amazing."

According to MailOnline, the couple dated when she was 22 and he was 17, and while there were no official reports, allegedly he grew distant from his family.

The publication claims that after things ended, Nicola unfollowed the whole family on social media.

The Daily Mail also reports that Yolanda, Anwar's mum, is said to have reached out to David and Victoria amid the ongoing feud, but of course, none of this is confirmed.
