Molly-Mae Hague breaks silence on split rumours with fiancé Tommy Fury

Molly-Mae Hague breaks silence on split rumours with fiancé Tommy Fury

She opened up about her relationship in a recent vlog

Molly-Mae Hague has finally broken her silence on rumours of rumours she has split with her fiancé Tommy Fury.

The former Love Island star has had an avalanche of speculation thrown her way regarding the status of her relationship with Tommy, and she's finally spoken out.

The 24-year-old mum-of-one took to her YouTube channel yesterday (11 December) to share with her 1.8 million subscribers the latest in her life. Have a look:

Now, there's been a whole bunch of speculation in the last few weeks since Molly-Mae first started being spotted on numerous occasions without her engagement ring.

That, coupled up with the fact that Tommy was seen partying alongside musician Chris Brown and other friends in Dubai, led many fans to worry whether their romance was on the rocks.

Molly-Mae began her addressing of the matter by telling her YouTube subscribers: "Everyone is asking about relationships and how things are and I get it, just general questions people want to know.

"When I put that Q&A box, I should have known what everyone was going to be asking questions about."

The social media star went on: "But speaking about it the way I feel comfortable speaking about it – someone asked 'Is it annoying seeing your relationship questioned by all the time?'

"And I'm sure people would probably expect me to say 'Yeah, I hate it', but honestly what do I expect? My life is in the public eye."

Molly-Mae addressed the rumours of her split from Tommy Fury on a YouTube video.

She continued, explaining that while the situation is sometimes 'tricky', she's built up a lot of resilience being in the public eye.

"It kind of sounds bad but you sign up for it in this job," she stated. "I really don't care what is said about me, Tommy, my relationship.

"It sounds like a cliche but you do massively grow a thick skin like an elephant. I'm immune to it, it doesn't even resonate to me."

Molly-Mae continued: "What I would say, having a relationship in the public eye, you deal with things that people in private relationships deal with but obviously everyone is commenting on it and everyone sees it and everyone's all eyes, it's like a fishbowl, that's quite tricky.

"Things that people deal with in private or maybe they don't deal with it, everyone has different things they deal with in their relationship and lives, sometimes it's tricky that things aren't always going to be perfect and aren't always going to be sunshine and roses - but when they aren't you have millions of people giving their opinion on it and talking about it."

The Love Island star opened up about the 'tricky' situation.

The Filter founder admitted that it was 'so sweet' that her fans were checking in on her, but assured: "Honestly I'm fine, it's just another day at the office.

"You can't have a relationship in the public eye and then not expect things to be in the public eye and spoken about when things don't go to plan, do you know what I'm saying?"

Molly-Mae and Tommy, who first crossed paths back in 2019 on Love Island and were runners up on the show, have been regularly updating their followers with all their exciting relationship milestones from moving into their Manchester home, welcoming their first child together back in January and getting engaged this summer.
