Bizarre reason why Meghan Trainor and husband Daryl Sabara use 'double toilets'

There's nothing better than being comfortable in your relationship and having a partner who knows all your gross, intimate habits but loves you anyway.
Meghan Trainor and her husband, Spy Kids actor Daryl Sabara, however, have taken being close to a whole new level.
When the couple - who got married in 2018 after meeting at a house party four years earlier - moved in together, they added a rather unique piece of plumbing to their new gaff and we don't know how to feel about it.
They chose to install a double toilet in the bathroom.

Yes, that's two toilets side-by-side.
You may be wondering what could possibly possess them to do such a thing, but you don't have to wonder for much longer as mum-of-two Meghan revealed why during an interview with the Pretty Basic podcast in 2022.
The 31-year-old explained that she and Daryl like to sit together - and even hold hands - when they go to the toilet.
"He'll hang out with me while I poop. It was just, I can't take his poops. Sorry, Daryl.
"Like, man poops are a different f***ing level. But my poops don't smell."
The 'All About That Bass' singer went on to say: "It's the best part. We hold hands, we pee.
"He sits while he pees, which he's mad that I told the world that too. It's easy, he's tired, he's a dad."
You might now be saying to yourself, 'If I shared a double toilet with my partner and we held hands when we peed together, I probably wouldn't tell the world about it'.
And we'd absolutely agree with you.
But Meghan says that she decided to share that intimate detail about her bathroom simply because 'someone might be interested in it'.
She admitted: "I didn’t think it would go viral the way it did - to the point where it affected our relationship.
"Daryl was like, 'You need to stop.' I said 'Why? People love it!'"
Meghan had first spoken about their bizarre plumbing situation back in 2021 on the Why Won't You Date Me podcast.
After her comments on the show went viral, she took to X to clear up a few things for baffled fans.
The star explained: "To clear things up… we pooped ONCE together and we laughed and said never again… but he will hang out with me if I’m [poo]ing cuz WE SOULMATES. And I legit miss him when I’m away from him. And we pee together obvi."
Whatever floats your boat, I guess...
