Lily Allen’s ‘butt plug’ merch can’t actually be used as a butt plug

Fans are obsessed with the West End Girl star's latest merch range

It's a tale as old as time that celebrities will simply flog merchandise.

Whether it's T-shirts, perfume, key rings - you name it - a famous singer, actor or anything else in between will have no doubt plastered their branding on a product and sold it to their adoring fans.

And 40-year-old British singer Lily Allen is no exception as she's just unveiled her latest range of merch - and there's one pretty NSFW item involved in the rundown, which is sure to raise a few eyebrows.

Lily, who just released her latest album titled West End Girl back in October, has released a bunch of items which are sure to wind up on many fans' Christmas lists.

She's selling CDs, limited-edition vinyls, two different types of T-shirts and, ahem, a butt plug.

Well, that's not entirely true as it's not actually a butt plug - but more a butt plug-shaped USB device.

Probs not one to bring into the office...

"Polka dot USB drive containing West End Girl MP3s," the product description reads, along with a note that reads: "This product is a novelty USB device intended for data storage only."

They're being sold for £24.99 a pop and set to be released at the end of next month (30 January).

Fans have since rushed to social media to share their reactions to Lily's latest bit of kit, with one X user writing: "The concept of there being a queue for a Lily Allen butt plug..."

A second penned: "Screaming at the disclaimer on the Lily Allen butt plug-shaped USB product page."

"Was gonna buy Lily Allen’s butt plug but then I realised it’s actually just a USB stick shaped like a butt plug so you’re not actually supposed to put it in your hole NOOOOOOOOO," lamented a third.

Another reflected: "Currently queueing to look at Lily Allen's Butt Plugs, not a sentence I'd thought I'd ever find myself saying."

And a final X user added: "Babe wake up the new Lily Allen-branded butt plugs dropped!"

Lily is by no means the first celeb to launch X-rated merch as Harry Styles' brand, Pleasing, recently dropped a double-sided vibrator and a very fancy-looking bottle of lube.

Meanwhile, JADE released her 'Jade X Fantasy Howl Box', which features four items: a 'Fantasy' branded sleeping eye mask, a thong made from what appears to be candy, a butt plug attached to a keychain and, to finish the bundle, silicone-based anal lubricant.
