Kylie Jenner has candidly opened up about her 'horrible' pregnancy side effects, including a hidden pain that several fellow Hollywood A-listers suffer from including Adele, LeBron James, and Tiger Woods.
"I have really bad back issues," the mum-of-two revealed on the latest episode of the Therapuss podcast with Jake Shane. "I have had chronic back pain for like three-and-a-half years.
"It's just starting to get better, but my son, my last pregnancy, it like really took me out."
Kylie continued: "It was like 12 weeks into the pregnancy, I just woke up one day, and I'm like, 'Oh, I can't really walk'.
"I had like crazy sciatica pain and crazy lower back pain.
"And I was in the best shape of my life before that pregnancy, so I really had high expectations."

The second pregnancy, however, left the reality TV star bed-bound.
"I couldn't leave my bed anyway because I was like in so much back pain and sciatica pain," Kylie said. "And lots of things were happening with my vagina.
"The guy was three centimetres dilated for like a month and a half, two months. The baby was, like, falling out. My doctor's like, 'You have to stay in bed'."

The symptoms of sciatica usually affect your bottom and the back of one leg, often including your foot and toes.
You may feel:
- a sharp, burning pain down the back of the leg

- weakness

James' case reportedly stemmed from an on-court workout injury.
One concern for elite athletes is compensation injuries, with Dr Santhosh Thomas, an expert in Interventional Spine and Musculoskeletal Medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, telling the Athletic: "If you’re alternating your gait or running pattern or twisting pattern just to protect yourself, you may use accessory muscles that normally are not used for that particular activity."

"They picked my whole body up off the floor," she told the crowd.
She later added: "I am going to sit down and rest my sciatica."
Another sciatica mention came during a New Year’s Eve performance in 2022, where she shared: "I have to waddle these days as I have really bad sciatica."
The singer has linked her chronic back pain to disc issues dating back to her teens.
