Kylie Jenner has opened up about the struggles she faced during her second pregnancy with her son Aire - including her ‘chronic back pain’ and the baby ‘falling out’ of her vagina.
The 28-year-old beauty mogul, who’s currently dating Timothée Chalamet, shares two children with her ex, rapper Travis Scott.
The former celebrity couple welcomed their daughter Stormi Webster, eight, in February 2018, and their son Aire Webster, four, in February 2022, before they split in October 2019.
However, speaking on Jake Shane’s Therapuss podcast in a new episode that was released on Thursday (14 May), Kylie revealed that while her first pregnancy was a ‘breeze,’ her second one wasn’t exactly smooth sailing.

She told the host, “I have had chronic back pain for like three and a half years, it’s just starting to get better.
“But my son, my last pregnancy, it like really took me out. Twelve weeks into the pregnancy, I woke up one day, and I was like, ‘Ooh, I can’t really walk’.”

Kylie said, “I had crazy sciatica pain and crazy lower back pain. And I was in the best shape of my life before that pregnancy, so I really had high expectations. I really wanted to work out.”
She revealed that she gained 60 pounds while pregnant with Stormi and was 200 pounds when she gave birth, and 210 pounds while pregnant with Aire, after gaining 65 pounds while pregnant the second time around.
The star joked that she was ‘craving everything’ and ‘ate a pint of ice cream every night,’ but her nausea was so ‘horrible’ so if she ‘didn’t eat it would be really bad’.
Elaborating, Kylie added, “I couldn’t leave my bed anyway because I was in so much back pain and sciatica pain. And lots of things were happening with my vagina.”
She said: “I was 3cm dilated for like a month and a half, two months. The baby was like falling out. My doctor was like, ‘you have to stay in bed.’”

As per Pampers UK, being 2 to 3 cm dilated means that the cervix is beginning to open in preparation for childbirth, typically occurring before or during the early stages of labour.
During the podcast episode, Kylie also recalled ‘freaking out’ when she found out she was pregnant with Stormi at 19.
She explained: "I was freaking out. I was really scared to tell my parents. I was really scared.
"But there was something just inside of me that knew that I wanted to do this, and I had to make a decision for myself. And even if I have to do this alone, or however, this is the choice that I'm going to make."
