For the latest instalment of her Khloé in Wonder Land podcast, Khloé Kardashian invited a very unexpected special guest along for the ride.
Their relationship ended amid rumours of infidelity and heartbreak, a backdrop to their current discussion on the podcast.
We are, of course, talking about Khloé's NBA star ex, Tristan Thompson.
The former couple, who officially parted ways back in 2021, dropped a number of surprise bombshells during their catch-up - one being that Tristan underwent a vasectomy under The Kardashian star's instruction following what could be described as an ultimatum.

As a reminder, the duo, who first got together in 2016, are parents to their eight-year-old daughter, True, and their two-year-old son, Tatum.

Tristan also shares two children from previous relationships. With ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig, he shares a nine-year-old son, Prince, and with former flame Maralee Nichols, he has another son, Theo, four.
If the ages of Tristan's little ones aren't quite adding up in your mind in relation to his relationship with Khloe, 41, that's because things famously became a little messy between them, not long after True was born.
Not long after their break-up hit the headlines, it was confirmed that Tristan was expecting his child with Nichols. It was revealed months later that a surrogate was carrying his and Khloé's son.
Alluding to this chaos on the most recent episode of her podcast, reality TV star Khloé admitted to convincing Tristan, 35, to undergo a vasectomy after their split so he wouldn't be able to have children with anyone else.

She asked the sportsman on the show: "Do you wanna have more kids in the future?"
Tristan replied: "I think I signed off for two embryos. So, I mean, if I do have more kids, it'd be coming from you."
He went on to joke: "I already have enough baby moms. Don't want no more."
Khloé then asked, 'And who helped you fix that decision?' before quickly confirming, 'That was me. '
"Tristan may have had a little ultimatum from me," she added.
"What? Getting neutered?" Tristan went on to laugh. "Sometimes you gotta lay them nuts on the table."
Admitting to being initially opposed to the idea, the basketball star went on: "I've been a little hardheaded at times … I wish I wasn't as stubborn."
He later added: "Sometimes you have to get forced into the right decision."

While Tristan may not be able to bear children with any other future lover, there's still the possibility that he and Khloé will welcome another, given that he's legally signed the rights to his embryos over to his ex-beau.
"You signed them over to me anyway, so I legally own them," Khloé confirmed, before Tristan reiterated: "No more kids, unless it's coming from Khloé's embryos."
The mother-of-two lastly confirmed, however, that she had also ensured Tristan had another option in case he did want kids with a future Mrs.
"We saved sperm because I said, 'What if you get married and your wife doesn't have kids, and you wanna do that?'," she explained. "So we did that. Because you could also reverse it."
Tristan teased back: "No. I'm not, no. I'm not lying down on that table again."
