Kelly Osbourne opens up about drastic weight loss and admits she didn't recognise herself
In a heartbreaking new interview, Kelly Osbourne has claimed she could 'see every single bone' after losing weight in the aftermath of her father's death.
The media personality reflected on her drastic weight loss this week while catching up with The Mail On Sunday, claiming she had 'no idea' how much her physique had changed until she failed to recognise a photograph of herself.
The snap in question was taken at this year's Grammy Awards, which Kelly, 41, attended with her mother, Sharon.
During the festivities, homage was paid to Kelly's father, Black Sabbath rocker Ozzy Osbourne, who died in July 2025, aged 76.

The star passed due to a 'cardiac arrest' and 'acute myocardial infarction', with coronary artery disease and Parkinson's disease with autonomic dysfunction listed as 'joint causes'.
Much was said about his daughter's appearance after the camera panned to Kelly while she watched musicians Post Malone, Slash, Duff McKagan and Red Hot Chili Peppers percussionist Chad Smith perform a rendition of Black Sabbath's 1970 anti-war protest song, 'War Pigs', with critics slamming her for having gone 'too far' with her weight loss.
Others accused the mother-of-one of using weight loss injectables as a means of slimming down.
Several times since, Kelly has shared passionate statements shutting down the rumours, calling out fans for 'kicking' her 'while she's down'.
This included this week, when she claimed grief had stolen weight from her without her realising.
"I looked like the f*****g Crypt Keeper," Kelly said, reflecting on her Grammys appearance. "I said, 'This is scary. I didn’t know I looked like this'.
"My spine - you could see every single bone. I couldn’t see what other people saw because I was in so much pain."
She added: "I just saw a broken person."
Recalling the ice blonde bob she debuted that night, Kelly went on to tell the outlet it was a wig 'to cover my face, so you couldn’t see how skinny my cheekbones really were'.
She added that her team had searched desperately for an outfit for the event, claiming they knew she was 'going through something'.
"We were trying to find clothes to not make me look skinnier," Kelly continued. "I was scared. I wanted to be there to support my mom and to pay tribute to my father's legacy, [but] I don’t think I should have gone.
"I wasn’t very well."
Recalling the heartache of losing her father, the TV star went on: "You’re filled with so much pain that the feeling of hunger can’t even pop up."
She refused, however, to allow her three-year-old son Sidney to see her struggling.
"Whenever he walked in the room, something would come over me, and I’d snap into Miss Fun Mom," Kelly said. "I didn’t cry in front of him.
"I always made sure that he was not exposed to inappropriate sorrow."
Lastly, Kelly revealed she was in talks of producing a documentary, in which she planned to tell 'my story' following her father's death, in the hope of helping other people grieving.
"I’m [telling] my story because there’s a lot that people don’t know," she continued. "The person I was before my dad died is dead. That person doesn’t exist anymore."
