Holly Hagan has named her newborn baby after her late sister.
The Geordie Shore star’s half-sister Darci died last year aged 19 after suffering a cardiac arrest while on a night out in Manchester.
She was rushed to hospital on 20 October but was unable to be saved and passed away two days later.
An inquest heard she died from ‘multi-organ failure’ and ‘MDMA overdose’, Manchester Evening News reports.

Holly released a statement on Instagram at the time: “It is with immeasurable grief and sadness that our baby girl, my baby sister Darci Rose passed away peacefully holding my hand surrounded by family and her best friends.

“She was never in any pain. The last four days have been something I hope no family ever has to go through. We are traumatised in every sense of the word.”
Holly continued: “Because of you all we have had the opportunity to hold her hand, stroke her hair and feel her heart beating for the last time
“We will forever be grateful for the way you have looked after her and us throughout this unimaginable process.
“Darci is so beautiful and she genuinely didn’t even realise it.”
The 33-year-old welcomed her baby girl on Friday and Holly and her partner Jacob Blyth were delighted to meet the newest addition to their family.
Together the couple, who have been together for nine years, are parents to three-year-old son Alpha-Jax.
Today they announced her baby girl’s name on Instagram, Madison-Darci.
Among those sharing their congratulations was pal Charlotte Crosby, who commented: “Beautiful just so beautiful! Darci is proud as punch watching over you all. I can’t wait to meet her.”

Nathan Henry also sent his best wishes, writing: “I can’t wait to meet her. She’s so precious.”
Meanwhile, Towie star Georgia Kousoulou simply said: “Oh beautiful.”
Speaking about conceiving their first child, the couple, who met in 2017, first started trying for a baby on their honeymoon, but found it difficult to conceive at first.
In the end, after three months of trying, they went for the 'sperm meets egg' method and Hagan got pregnant that month.
Speaking to OK! Magazine when they announced she was expecting, she said: "They call it the Baby Dance Schedule! From the eighth day of your cycle you’re supposed to have sex every other day. Then once you have a positive ovulation test you have sex every day for three days, then you skip a day and have sex again.
"It’s not the most romantic but it worked. We didn’t leave much room for error. It wasn’t some fairy tale!"
