Too Hot to Handle star Harry Jowsey has revealed to fans exactly why he decided to get Botox in his manhood.
Speaking on Tuesday's episode (3 March) of his Boyfriend Material podcast, the 28-year-old reality TV alum explained the surprising reason behind the cosmetic treatment, telling his guest Lisa Vanderpump: "I actually did get Botox [in my penis]."
Harry said he was inspired to get Botox in his netherregions after one of his friends did it.
"He got stem cells and Botox and calcium," the social media personality said.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star was clearly not expecting such an admission, asking Harry: "I don’t believe you. You’re lying. How can you prove it?"
Taking no time to get technical with things, Harry explained that he got 'a whole vial' of Botox injected into his penis for aesthetic reasons.

"They said it, like, relaxes the muscle," he explained. "It’s very smooth now, which is good."
Harry then informed Lisa about 'scrotox' which is a popular Botox procedure on the scrotum region.
"You can do it in your balls, yeah. Smooths out the wrinkles," he said.
He didn't, however, opt for that specific injection, assuring viewers: "I’m not doing it to my balls. My balls are doing their thing."
Board-certified plastic surgeon, Frank Agullo, MD, claims on his website that there are a number of 'benefits' of Botulinum Toxins (Botox) for 'male enhancement'.
According to Agullo, Botox in your penis can help men 'achieve and maintain erection', 'enhance penis size', 'correct scrotal tightness', 'correct penis shrinkage' and, last but not least, 'improve confidence'.
As for how the treatment is performed, a topical anaesthesia is applied to the treatment area before several injections of Botulinum Toxin are administered to various locations in the treatment area.

Getting even more science-y, Dr SW Clinics outlines: "Botox is a neurotoxin, which means that it works by blocking messages between the brain to nerves and muscles.
"In this instance we use the toxin to relax the cavernosum smooth muscle in the penis and block the release of a neurotransmitter called norepinephrine which prevents blood flow.
"The Botox is used to switch off this neurotransmitter, without influencing the release of another chemical called nitric oxide which is essential in the creation of erections.
"Nitric oxide naturally relaxes the cavernosum smooth muscle and allows the sudden rush of blood to engorge the penis (filling the cavernous spaces) and achieve the harden effect (tumescence) of an erection."
Agullo adds that multiple treatment sessions may be required to achieve 'optimal results' (depending on your specific condition).
