It was the 83rd Annual Golden Globes tonight (11 January), and fans were treated to a whole bunch of celebrity antics throughout the evening.
For starters, we saw a very sweet moment between Marty Supreme star Timothée Chalamet and his partner Kylie Jenner, we watched as Adolescence actor Owen Cooper made Golden Globes history and winced over Nikki Glaser's controversial Jeffrey Epstein joke.
But, amid all the chaos, one clip took the cake, with many viewers at home left totally baffled yet extremely intrigued.
The viral video in question featured One Battle After Another star Leonardo DiCaprio, whose film was up for a staggering nine nominations at the 2026 Golden Globes.

New York Times reporter Kyle Buchanan shared with fans a video that showed the 51-year-old A-lister having a one-sided conversation with someone else in the grand Los Angeles ballroom.

According to internet sleuths, DiCaprio appeared to be talking about K-pop.
"I was watching you with the K-pop thing," he appeared to be saying in the clip, using several hand gestures to get his point across.
DiCaprio could also be seen pointing and laughing at whoever he was speaking to, who just so happened to be off-camera.
"You were like, 'Is that? K-pop?'" he appeared to continue, before looking around and clapping.
Whatever he was going on about, it's clear DiCaprio thoroughly enjoyed the expressive interaction, continuing to laugh throughout the video, which has already clocked up over 2.2 million views at the time of writing.
It didn't take long for fans to rush to social media to share their reactions to the clip, with one X user theorising: "Honestly, this is actually so funny once you finally realise what he’s saying... I’m pretty sure he’s just making fun of Chase for her K-pop obsession, and the shade is literally top tier."
"Something like I was watching you…and K-pop?" echoed a second as a third speculated: "Leo was saying 'I was watching you with the K-pop thing. You were like, 'Is that? K-pop?'"
Speaking of DiCaprio, host Nikki Glaser also joked about the Romeo + Juliet star's dating history in her opening monologue.
"The most impressive thing is that you've been able to accomplish all of this [in your career] before your girlfriend turned 30," Glaser told the award-winning actor, adding: "It's just insane."
After clocking the jab, one X user penned: "Nikki Glaser calling out Leo DiCaprio’s girlfriends, god I love award season."
And a final X user agreed: "Nikki Glaser never disappoints at the #GoldenGlobes."
Tyla has reached out to Leonardo DiCaprio's representatives for comment.
