Geordie Shore star wants to sell her house because of 'terrifying' ghost after 'feeling an energy'

Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry has revealed she’s desperate to sell her house after becoming convinced she has a ‘terrifying’ ghost causing chaos.

Chloe, 28, called in a team of paranormal investigators to help ghost-bust her home, uncovering the spirit presence of a ‘Geordie ripper’ - and three of his female victims.

The TV star sought the help of experts from Celebrity Help! My House Is Haunted - paranormal researcher and historian Jayne Harris, psychic medium Ian Lawman and investigator Barri Ghai – explaining how she feels like she’s on Nightmare on Elm Street.

“During the night I'll sometimes hear noises,” she said. “Lights come on, things are always getting moved around.

“My two French Bulldogs are always looking up and barking and stuff, and I'm like, what are they looking at? What are they seeing? No one’s there, dog!”

Chloe said the unsettling activity came to a horrifying climax recently when one of her windows smashed.

“One of the weirdest things happened in the middle of the night,” she continued.

“I was in bed, I was asleep. The biggest crash ever. What the hell is that? So I ran around the rooms and all the windows were just shattered… shattered everywhere.”

Ferry has felt so shaken-up that she’s had to retreat to her mum’s house, despite living in her ‘dream’ new-build home.

“It's my dream home and I don't feel safe in it,” she said.

“It's just so scary. Half the time I'll literally stay at my mum's house. I'm that terrified I'm honestly thinking about selling my house.”

Chloe admitted she ‘sounded like a cracker’, but was adamant that she could ‘feel an energy’ and that something hasn’t felt right since she moved in a year-and-a-half ago.

Investigating the property – with no knowledge of who it belongs to or its history – medium Ian suddenly heard a woman screaming for help.

“I was aware on the journey here that there was maybe a murder, or murders, that had taken place… but I feel now I've got to the property there's something to do with this surrounding area,” he said.

“Maybe because the foundations or this land has been disturbed, that's drawn that energy to this house."

Jayne later confirmed the theory with local historian Neil Storey, who warned gravely: “I think you are on the trail of a ripper.”

They believe she's being haunted by a 'Geordie Ripper'.

He proceeded to tell the team about the horrific story of an 1894 killing spree, which saw a ‘Geordie Ripper’ brutally take the lives of several women in a series of long ‘forgotten murders’ - and, crucially, which also took place on the land that Chloe’s house now sits on.

As the team attempted to communicate with the spirits, the lights around Chloe’s bar started flickering continuously, despite nobody being in the room.

“You know how expensive my electricity bills are – I’m fuming!” she joked.

“How am I ever going to be able to have a party again? My friends will not want to come round!”
