Elliot Page has shown off his ripped six-pack after becoming ‘hooked’ on boxing with the help of a fitness coach.
The 39-year-old The Umbrella Academy star took to Instagram on Monday (29 June) to update his five million followers on his new passion.

The actor quipped: “I’ve been incredibly fortunate to train with @coachnol. He’s a brilliant teacher, not just in the way he breaks down complex movements, but also in his strategic understanding of boxing and his thoughtful approach to the psychological side of the sport.”
Page added: “Training with Nolan has become an essential part of my life. If you’re in NYC and looking, I can’t recommend him highly enough. Just be warned, you may end up getting as hooked as I am.”

Taking to the comments of the social media post, fans penned: “Damn dude” and “You look great”.
A third chimed in with: “BRUHHHHH ABSOLUTELY MARVELOUS 6 PACK WHAT THE HELL.”
While a fourth penned: “Abs on abs on abs!!” and a fifth quipped: “Ripped. Torn. Shredded!!! LFG! You look amazing, dude!”
A sixth agreed: "You could wash laundry on those abs! Keep it up! Amazing!!!! Way to get us all motivated to get off our butts lol.”
And a seventh gushed: “I gotta unfreeze my gym account. EP, you are RIPPED.”
The Juno star posted his first shirtless image back in 2023, sharing how his gender-affirming surgery changed his life after he came out as a transgender man in December 2020.

At the time, Page wrote alongside the snap: "Dysphoria used to be especially rife in the summer. No layers, just a T-shirt - or layers and oh so sweaty - constantly looking down, readjusting my oversized [T-shirt].
"It feels so f***ing good soaking in the sun now, I never thought I could experience this, the joy I feel in my body. I am so grateful for what gender-affirming care has allowed me, and I look forward to sharing more of my journey soon. #transjoy."
In 2020, when he came out, Page wrote on social media: "Hi friends, I want to share with you that I am trans, my pronouns are he/they, and my name is Elliot. I feel lucky to be writing this. To be here. To have arrived at this place in my life.
"I feel overwhelming gratitude for the incredible people who have supported me along this journey. I can’t begin to express how remarkable it feels to finally love who I am enough to pursue my authentic self."
Since then, he has gone on to make history as the first openly trans man to appear on the cover of Time Magazine and has been a consistent advocate for trans rights online.
