Demi Lovato leaves fans confused as she makes minor appearance change and pretends to cry
The Camp Rock alum took to TikTok to debut the new look

Demi Lovato has left fans seriously divided after debuting a minor appearance change earlier this week on social media.
On Wednesday (3 April), the 32-year-old 'Skyscraper' singer took to TikTok to show off the latest tweak to her aesthetic and, let's just say, people took no time at all rushing to social media to share their reactions to the announcement.
Donning a black shirt and black shades to match - almost as if she was mourning the situation - Demi began the video with her hand over her heart as she pretended to wipe a fake tear from her eye.

The Camp Rock star then picked up the camera and showed off her new nose ring-less nose as she zoomed in on the piercing and flashed a smile.
The overlay text read: "RIP to my nose ring."
She captioned the short clip: "I can’t believe I made a TikTok for this."
And it's clear people online shared similar sentiments with one social media user hitting out: "This has got to be the least interesting news ever."
"What a world we live in that someone taking out their nose ring is NEWS. I hate it here," jabbed a second.
A third questioned: "Who cares?"
"She’s acting like she can’t put it back in," chirped a fourth while a fifth chimed in: "As a Lovatic... its not that deep."
A sixth penned: "This is silly."
And a seventh critic sarcastically quipped: "What’s the big deal? Good job I’m proud you know how to take out a piercing."
Others, however, were far more understanding of Demi's tongue-in-cheek post.
"To some it is stupid. To me it's not. I totally get it," assured another. "I've recently went through a very rough time and lots of changes. I've decided to take out permanently my beloved lip piercing and it felt so emotional.
"It was like the end of an era to me too, it was symbolic to me. And I think it was for her too. Everyone does small things that seem silly to other people but to them are big moments and associated to emotional moments. You don't have to get it, but respect it and be kind."
And a final social media user added: "I just took my piercings out after 20 years of having them.
"It's such an adjustment and I had such emotional attachment to them. I'm just so ready to move on. Most people have never seen me with out piercings. It's still so new to me."
