The luxury venue that was previously booked for the wedding of Danika Mason and Todd Liubinskas posted a sensational offer online in a desperate bid to not let the date go to waste.

As per the Daily Telegraph, many famous faces and media personalities had accepted the invitation for the wedding, but were informed that the event would no longer be going ahead.

The outlet also reported that Mason, 30, was ‘beyond devastated’ and ‘completely heartbroken’ that she wouldn't be saying 'I do' in three weeks time.

Shortly after the unfortunate news of the couple's decision to not tie the knot, the Greystone Estate - in New South Wales' Hunter Valley - advertised in a desperate plea that the venue was suddenly available to hire on the weekend of the 27-29 October.

The luxury wedding venue, which can host 32 sleeping guests on-site and boasts an idyllic vineyard, offered a 50 percent discount for that particular weekend.

Taking to Facebook, the venue said: “A rare opportunity has become available for a chance to have your wedding at Greystone Estate - with 50% off!’

Included in the package was two nights’ accommodation, exclusive access to areas such as the Air Pavilion and the dedicated cocktail space, as well as free-roam of 10 private acres.

The venue was offering the discounted rate as they had an ‘unexpected cancellation’, with sources confirming to the Daily Mail Australia that it had been Mason and Liubinskas’ chosen venue.

It has since been updated by the Greystone Estate that the weekend has now been booked.

As per the Hunter Concierge wedding website, packages at the Greystone Estate often cost around $20,000 (£16,400) for a weekend event.

The shock break-up of Mason and Liubinskas, 40, came just two weeks after the couple were last spotted in public together.

It’s reported that the pair were last seen together at a special event launch of the new BYD electric car.

The duo also recently celebrated the personal trainer’s 40th birthday, with him sharing a photograph from the event with his 12,300 Instagram followers.

On September 17, he wrote: “40 feels good! Thanks for the love! An epic surprise @danika.masonn.”

In July, Liubinskas also paid tribute to Mason when it was her turn for birthday celebrations.
